Your best bud here watching though I'm late been a busy day and week thanks for great information always good to learn, believe got into car business tell everything they need to know well I love talking to people enjoy been around people last had to get my car inspected see if passed inspection was holding conversation with the tech I enjoyed someone being in the car with me holding a conversation.

Hey man i just started working in Nissan the payment plan is weird the pay you 500 everyweek and then the give you a comission check the 10 of each month and they take the 500 from that check but if you don't sell you end up owning money to them that sound crazy to me
definitely sounds like a confusing pay plan... our dealership has something similar but it is more simple then that

My husbands dealership is the same way, but they have a $1600 cut. But the VW dealership he works has an great pay rate, so the $1600 is nothing.

This is called a Draw Commission. They pay you a salary that comes out of your commissions. So you still make money while working, but any commission is subtracted from your salary, and you pocket the difference.
Since interest rates are going up and banks are getting tighter with loans, will this effect the car industry? Will car sales jobs and real estate agents get impacted? I was wondering if I should get into car sales.

Do shy people ever come into this industry and end up crushing it eventually getting through training and all? I’m just curious because ik Andy elliot says a lot of introverts come in and crush it but I’m just trying to get another sales expert opinion because I’m really wanting to go into this industry and ik u gotta get out your comfort zone and can’t be comfortable your whole life so I’m just curious
