I’m 19 and I’m starting at the local dodge dealership as a sales consultant. I have no experience at all. Going through the courses right now I start in 14 days.
@2:36 "Make sure you smell good" 👃🏼 😉 I'm so glad you've branched out to help other salespeople and are sharing all the wisdom from your extensive experience. Super proud of you Chris! P.S. One of the things I'll add is that a salesperson needs confidence or at least come across confident. Chris has matured over the years both with his YT channel and his salesmanship. Basically, it is a learn as you go process, like most things. We're all green at the beginning of a career. You will have bad days and not so nice customers. Maybe that customer was burnt in the past by a poor dealership. Chris nails it with the follow-up. This is so important and you might end up with that customer for life.
I did the Automotive business course at Georgian college and ended up a sales rep for Rogers/fido. I’m being told I should go into cars and I’ve been listening to a lot of your videos while doing Reno’s to the apartment. They’re very similar in sales process. I just got into selling phones and phone plans but the training I’m getting from my co workers is exactly the same as what you’re saying
I just got hired at my local torre Nissan. I'm excited I've been doing sales in the cannabis industry I feel like it's time to grow. However I'm nervous I just don't want to fail taking a risk of leaving my current job
