I know I’m late for the party, but I really think that I’m the phantom in 4:20. In one of my playthrough, I played with a pyromancer named Pyro (or Fyro, don’t remember exactly) and was a playthrough that I try to do some coop (because I prefer to play alone and get more souls lol).
Sadly, I erased that character to do a fully playtrhough with a friend, so I can’t really confirm, but I’m gonna believe that it was me, which makes my day much better.

Fun fact: I thought the message "bring a doll" on the floor in front of Irithyll (Anor Londo for underclass knights) was a troll message. Only after consulting the Wiki I found out how important dolls are for progression in Dark Souls III. Isn't this game cute? :D
