Well, that's the end of this series for the moment, as far as the FromSoft titles go at least, however I will be carrying it on and covering some different games going forward, as well as making more Souls and related vids, so please stay tuned if you've enjoyed what I've been making so far! What's the DLCs are about?
1. Fans wanted a new Painted World (hoping for a new Priscilla-like Waifu) but get a crazy Nun instead.
2. Fans thought the Game was too easy, so Ringed City & Midir was made.
3. Painter Girls with Dragon Skin are cute.
I had more trouble with the vikings bros.

I'm surprised you beat both DLCs and didn't grab the most broken pyromancer flame in the arena back at the painting.
I ALWAYS forget about the millwood boys and the whole lower area of DLC... I'm so used to just rush it all in 10 minutes to get to the Ringed City at this point lol. I should take some time to re-explore those parts, just for fun.

The DLCs are not so good. In Principle you don't need to play them. The Base-Game Dark Souls III is absolutely enough. The DLCs are meh!
Is it just me or is Midir an easy as hell fight? Everything he does is extremely telegraphed and very easy to dodge just requires a teeny bit more patience then most other bosses. Midir is the one boss I never fail to first try on my runs lol
how many times did you die on it the first time you played the game
@@JKNDBKSAFDBNSAMDSFD if I can remember correctly once or twice, it’s just an average dragon fight with a huge health pool I don’t understand how anyone finds it difficult other than just lacking patience. He has like two moves that are actually dangerous the rest are so telegraphed you could make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and still have time to dodge. Kalameet was an infinitely harder dragon fight and that one was still easy so I guess I just don’t understand the hype. Then again I have at least 100 hours into each game so I guess it’s all just trivial to me at this point.
The dlcs of 3 felt wildly disconnected, because of that character ass pull. I still don't understand why they didn't use an established character, but instead introduce a new one to be the "big bad" that sort of helps you and semi sacrifices himself, because pretentious Fromsoft likes to play fast and loose with continuity and time. The "ending" felt vastly unsatisfactory to me. Personally the preferred end for me would be just the last dialogue you have with patches when he kicks you down one last time. That one felt like closure. The immutable characteristics of someone and yourself being always there, staying on your task by sheer willpower and determination. Instead of that shitty asspull of oh I ate the last pigmey kings now here's the blood and the soul you can't really do anything with the pigment except some lazy ass dialogue. Nothing cool, no real closure. Just lazy shit. I get that they got forced to release 2 dlcs even though it was supposed to be only one because they had to, but that was just meh. Ringed city felt more interesting visually but was so empty and devoid of actual content. Also that swamp, really lazy. Like the 4th in the game.
