My new daily fat burning smoothie recipe that I use with Intermittent Fasting… is amazing. This fat burning smoothie recipe only contains a few ingredients AND it also uses some fruit to naturally sweeten it up! However, to keep this smoothie fat burning, I’m keeping the overall sugar fairly low while optimizing protein, fat and fiber to stay satiated and prevent snacking. I’ve also been loving this fat burning smoothie recipe after a swim or strength training workout to get the amino acids my body needs for muscle repair.

This is wat am searching for
I am a 62 year old type 1 diabetic and have been unsuccessfully trying to loose weight since months but mostly gave up due to hunger pangs. I came across your smoothie recipe. I have adapted it a bit and am losing 100 grams a day without feeling hungry and without starving my body of nutrients. By now I have lost 2kg which was impossible until now. I have a boiled egg plus a large mug of tea with milk for breakfast, a smoothie and a large mug of tea with milk for lunch, an apple as a mid afternoon snack and a regular dinner with the family which includes a large salad, some protein and carbs. My version of your recipe is as follows:
3/4 cup thick greek yoghurt, 1/2 banana. 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1 tbsp each of flax and hemp hearts, 2tbsp of chia seeds, 1 tbsp almonds, 1/2 tsp each of cinnamon and turmeric and a large pinch of pepper with 1/2 cup water to blend it up.

My nutritionist suggested having a Tbsp of peanut butter with the apple as a dip to help balance the sugars in the apple and add a little extra protein. Just a suggestion…
can you share it , I paid this lady 29 bucks and still don't know what I bought, it was late, when i bought it, and have had no time to look, they kept trying to sell me stuff, why didn't they just give me the cook, or smoothie books, with the 29 bucks.

I sub out the banana for frozen rice cauliflower and add a tsp of monk fruit sweetener. So good!

Made some extra coffee so I could try this smoothie. Never thought to make a coffee smoothie before because I usually think of them being fruity. I swapped out the banana for coconut butter to keep it lower carb, and almond butter instead of peanut butter. I also opted for unflavored collagen powder instead of greek yogurt. I topped it cacao nibs and toasted coconut and it is soooo good on this unusually hot day in the Bay Area. Not very sweet, but I've come to prefer my coffee unsweetened since I stopped using artificial sweeteners. Definitely got a winner here.

I tried it and I liked it. I used protein powder instead of the Greek yogurt and unsweetened of almond butter (2tbsp). I was full till 2 from 10:30 and I was active in that time. I will decrease the coffee amount next time. I just started fasting the beginning of the month and have gone down to 1 cup in the am. This was extra coffee and I was flying a little. I enjoy your videos, first time trying one of your recipes and it was a win!
Saved a screenshot and made it this morning. Not sure if I like it for me but I can see it being a favorite for others. tastes like what I would guess a chai latte would taste like lol but who knows. 7.5/10. The AMAZING part is that I am just half way done and I already feel really full/satiated. I never feel full so this is awesome. Mine came out to 530 cals; not happy about that but good for replacing lunch.

My Smoothie Recipe
-1 cup frozen strawberries
-1/2 cup frozen mango
-1 cup frozen pineapple
-1/2 cup plain yogurt
-1/4 cup almond milk (or any kind of milk, adjust depending on how thick you want your smoothie)
-1 to 2 tablespoons of flaxseed
Put frozen fruits, half of the yogurt and half of the milk in your blender and blend. Add in the rest of the yogurt and milk as you blend (add more or less depending on the consistency you want it)

Sounds delicious, but could be way healthier. Adding ginger and lemon could make this way better especially with spinach or cucumber. Do not use any milk, use unsweetened almond. Other milks can contain wayy more calories and fat
Way too much sugar! Even if it is natural sugar...sugar is sugar....carbs
@@whydoyouarguewithme6625 spinach has the highest oxylates which are horrible for us. Kale or Romaine much better choice as low in oxylates

Thanks!! this is mine and it has worked so well
- fill the blender with kale
-one handful of spinach
-1/3 cup of frozen blueberry
-scoop of protein powder
-1 tsp of coconut cream
-1 cup water with ice
- splash of each unsweetened almond milk and lemon turmeric water (meal prepped)
- large splash of cinnamon, flax seed powder, collegen and cocoa powder
-blend
If too thick add more water if needed.

OMG thank you for sharing this! I replaced the full fat yogurt for a non diary one because of the lactose, however it tastes delicious! I was struggling with the fact that I couldn’t find a place for coffee in my diet because I only drink sugary coffee, now I know where to place it, thank you so much!!!

I love this recipe!!!! One day I didn't have banana, so I used half a small apple and between the chia and cacao nibs, this smoothie has a nice "chewable" texture, which is desirable in order to help us assimilate and absorb more nutrients from it. Win-Win!

Hi Stephanie! You can simply swap the coffee out for extra nut milk! It just won't have the coffee flavor.
This smoothie was great! And I didn’t have any milks so I used water and I’d still make it again!
I just stumbled upon you channel. I am definitely going to try this in the morning. I fell off the wagon of my low carb diet for NAFLD the last 6 months my husband has been home from work. I do make many meals during the week that are within my diet plan but the times I end up eating out I feel miserable. I have gained 19 lbs of the 22 I lost last year. 😢 Thank you for your recipes! I hope they will get me back on track. I was doing good with chia pudding for snacks also (no added sweeteners)

All I’ll say is tortilla is not pronounced tor-till-uh if you’re picking up what I’m putting down. Haha.💜 love the vids. Here's my recipe: 1/4-1/3 frozen banana (or avocado), frozen mixed berries, unsweetened Vanilla Hemp mylk, Greek yogurt and/or Almond butter, ground flax or chia , unsweetened unflavored grass fed organic whey protein powder, and dash of cinnamon and cocoa powder

Soooo delicious!! I am not a smoothie person because I am always too cold! Do not like cold drinks, even ice in water. I drink water room temperature. Anyways, Yummy! This was with it! Just drank it down and shivering lol! Thank you!
