Empaths are useful to others and must become good at taking care of self in order to remain available for others; must be cautious and discerning because there are sociopaths and narcissists.
This is a fantastic summary of the life stages of the empath who evolves to the point of maximizing their gift. It is not a journey for the weak or weary. The conscious empath is a person who never allowed him/herself to let go of the gift - even when they didnt understand or may not have even known that it was present. They literally had their heart blown up with a grenade and had to piece it back together. They discovered the beauty and burden of this gift and gradually moved into full acceptance of its powerful light. Once acceptance occurs, there is no going back. Acceptance will come with the desire to fiercely protect the gift and s/he who is blessed with it. It will also come with a deep desire to polish and brighten that light so that it blinds with the love it emanates. It will encourage others to find their own light and do the same-- just as you have done and continue to do. Thank you!!!
It has been a long hard journey that has brought me to where I am today. At times the treatment at the hands of narcissists has been relentless and unbearable. Even so I feel blessed to be in my shoes and not like them. I am the lucky one. What you said about fighting for and doing what is right is where I’m currently at and evolving through life.

It’s been a long very hard journey I’ve been through all 4 stages, although no one thinks or talks like me, I still talk my mind and move on it’s not our battle for them to listen or understand now, but if I die and have told or helped one person’s life or sparked an awakening in them, then I hope God is pleased with me.

I am a conscious Empath and if you are a conscious empath you are also an intercessor spiritually.. and I've been getting a lot of hate.. and its not being easy..it attracts love/hate friendships..so here is where the spirit of discernment comes in.

I have a lethal weapon against psychic attack. My partner is a kinesiologist who clears shadow energy/ demons. I have learned some of his skills. When I feel attack I simply clear it very quickly. 😎

Accepting that i am familiar and homey everyone i meet, irresistible to narcs...its been a brutal journey but we are here for a reason. I'm I just found out all about empath 5 years ago when I was feeling crazy out of my mind but that took my best friend to tell me he was gaslight & Narcissisti 2 words I never knew about. I grew up with it in my family as a child with my parents. I'm on my way healing inside a narcissistic relationship. I am starting to find my boundaries. I need to give myself more self-love the easier it gets. Each time I leave to go help my parents out of state, I have my boundaries with know I'm stronger & more empowered & he can't stand that one bit. I do what I want to do when I want. I'm on my way to the second step. This time I can't pack & leave. I own my own home & he will not leave when I ask him to. So, any suggestions to help me grow with my boundaries & strength? ❤
