one needs to serve bond period of 24 months first and then only notice periods can run or it can run with the same time with notice period??

Thank you very much, very useful content. I was victim of similar situation in my past with one of the employer. There is this bloody malaysian lady who made the work toxic. However, I have cleared by probation by assessing and taking my own judgements. World is no more a good place. You have to always be on toes and keep saving yourself on the work you have delivered always.
Probation is an observatory period . A candidate whether he / she is kept in an incubation cradle . His or her performance is kept under a lens / microscope using 360 degree vision. Behaviour, productivity, interpersonal relationships, attitude, mind-set, immersion in a company's work, Skill dominance and most important is output.
A litmus paper test.
All this is ok ,bit what about onboarding ,proper orientation training ,or is it litmus on for employe and not the employer who is ready with the pink slip results of litmus before 3 months
I didn't pass probation. mainly because I was not given any training. and then say I was not performing. crying until now. Can't find a job. Jobless

Then so what! Big lawyers cannot undo facts. Probation can't be used as tools/strategies to terminate the employee in probation abruptly and arbitrarily. Companies are not Mahapurush. Old employees often abuse their position to take retaliation for their personal vendetta. In my views, there should be uniform and standard policies to be introduced by the govt for all the companies. Protection under IDA, 1947 should cover all employees irrespective of positions.

Probation is to get acquainted with the JD, company policies, processes and it's like learning. During the phase, the probationer may make mistakes. Hence ample opportunities should be given for improvement rather than terminating the probationer abruptly and arbitrarily. The company has to train him to make him fit as an employee.
Yes, if you have strong proof that can establish that the company has illegally terminated, can be challenged. You can approach the ALC (labour office)

Can a company force an employee to serve a 3 month notice period if the employee resigns in the probation period, and if he refuses then tags it in absconding?

HI ..Thanks for nice video..I have 2 offers with same CTC one is with HCL with 6 months probation and 3months basic salary in case of reliving during probation/after probation, One is with CTS with no probation with 3 months notice and 3 months gross salary in case of reliving due to cost optimization/business requirement can you please help which one is more safe to join.

Companies after probation say that they don't have enough cash to pay all employees and terminate those who are not willing to take a price cut.

Dear Sonali, my stand and what actually happens(99%) are totally different, I would def. love to see a world that do not judge the female candidates on the personal phase of life, but reality is far fro from this, here is what you need to know, if you apply at pregnancy phase:
1. If you are not visibly pregnant, you can choose not to disclose it(its a personal information and there is nothing wrong if you do not want to share it), else you will not make it to 2nd rd.
2. If you disclose it post your joining, be aware that some companies have a "waiting period of 6 to 9 months" for availing "maternity benefit", which means, you will not be entitled for 6 months maternity leaves if you are applying for them before completion of your 9 months in the organisation.
Basically bow down and surrender to their toxicity

I completed a one year service in the centre govt sector as a permanent employee. Probation time is 2 years. After one year I selected another centre govt job. The two job places are 470 km apart. How many days I got as a joining day for this second joining without a break of service?

Working in a small company helps because you rely a lot on each other to run the company. I already worked for them for one year so they had the trust in me and they took me in when I asked them for a job.

Dear, whatever you do make sure you communicate it with your manager, if you assume and take decisions yourself it might create problem. If required email/talk to your HR manager that your offer letter says remote working and manager is asking otherwise..
