Im a fresher Recently i joined in x company and completed 2 months then i decided to leave this company and have one month notice period and ill complete all process as they tell but since i got this job from college placement the x company is asking me to get approval from college side and i asked to college placement cell so they are saying work at least 6 months or else they will keep u in blacklist... I joined Cognizant on July 27th 2022 , I submitted all the supporting documents. Still I have been on bench for the last 2 n a half months. Now BGV sent termination mail for separation and they ll announce the last working date. But they provide an experience certificate and reliving letter or do they serve a notice period ?
Before company I have 2 years of experience, if they didn't provide an experience certificate or reliving letter.How do I need to join another company ?
From cognizant pf was also created. Without an experience certificate and relieving it's not possible ..

there are 2 case
case 1 : pay bond get experience letter utilizes this experience letter in future.
case 2 : if you don't want experience letter then you can do absconding

I left the organisation in probation period. As per appointment letter one month notice period is required in probation period. I served the notice period but HR forcing me to serve one more month as a notice period which is not possible for me. She said i will only release the documents if you serve the one more month as a notice period, It was more like a threat. I got selected in TCS because of this i resigned from the organisation. Now my joining is in hold only because i don’t have relieving/experience letter & my HR not cooperating with me. Even i raised the issue with labour officer but hr deliberately delaying stuffs. I am running out of time, What to do in this case? Please suggest.
if you have put down your paper and it was written in offer letter
then you have right to serve only 30 days notice period
don't agree with serving more time period
talk to them
and communicate through mail only and if possible forward that communication or take snap of that mail and keep it with you for future use

@@TechFirdous thanks for quick response. To complete the onboarding in tcs they need resignation acceptance mail. I do have acceptance email but date was not mentioned. TCS onboarding team not accepting this mail. I tried all possible way but things not working & i don’t have much time left.

If i worked for a MNC for 3 months but left the job and served notice period and have relieving letter too.
But too avoid the experience in resume for further jobs. Is it ok to not to disclose the 3 month's of experience. Because it will not make any big impact for finding new job.
Hope it will not create any issues in BGV process in new companies. Please advise here
Future employers ( who hire 3rd party BGV team) will know via UAN.

If your PF got deducted from the last company you mentioned...... Then you can't hide that experience......I'm working night shifts too.... I want to resign too....

if you are with third party simple join CTS
if manager is ensuring you
dont believe until he take you in ibm
i know for third part they may make.you permanent within 1 week
but many manager won't do that
so don't believe until it done and be ready to join cts

I have received X company joining date but I want to join Y company but no idea when Y will onboard me so temporary joining X & may be within month I will leave X to join Y as a fresher only. My doubt is my UAN will get created so Y company can ask abt that but I would not have relieving letter. This can cause any issue joining Y company?
