Stainless steel baking sheets. More expensive but last a lifetime and yes I wash them in the dishwasher because they don't rust. I try to avoid scratching them because food tends to stick more if the sheets are too badly scratched but I have also cleaned mine with steel wool soap pads. Mine are 10 years old and still look new.

After this video I upgraded to stainless steel! Best decision.

Don’t wash baking sheets with soap! Apparently that keeps them looking new but I’m grossed out by that😂. Parchment for the win! Depending on your breadcrumbs, they may already have cheese in them! Awesome video❤️

Yeah I am a bit grossed out by that too. Hmmm. Not thanks! I've been debating investing in stone cookie sheets. Thoughts?

I'm definitely going to make this, but I need to know if instead of baking it for an hour when you're ready to eat it, can you microwave it to the heated preference instead???

I'm sorry I don't know. I haven't owned a microwave in 18 years so I'm truthfully not sure how they work in terms of cooking. If you can make a regular lasagna/eggplant parm in it normally I don't see why not.

Why are you no longer using aluminum for cooking?

I am concerned about the leaching of the metals into our food and therefore ending up in trace amounts in our bodies. I am also no longer using aluminum foil for this reason as well.

Sprinkle cinnamon on the dirt! Those tomatoes will start to ripen within a day or two! ❤

Oh that is a cool tip! We will definitely try that.
