@@tanner.pickleball i’ve been following you the last month. And appreciate all your fabulous tips. I’m coaching and helping in a 55+ community and some of the players asl me where I’m learning my stuff from? And that’s where I mention you and they are now following. 😊
Your instruction is always great! Thanks for all your efforts in making it available for us! I'm glad to pay for in person lessons, your info is valuable as well. Glad to help you with a little $$
Can you make video for top spin shot making it at near kitchen ? In such case dont you need to start from open stance as you have little time to decide between forehand and backhand?
It may see awkward, but that’s how you engage your hips and your shoulders and don’t just swing with your arm. A lot of people don’t even consciously realize that they do it
I normally like your videos, but I disagree with almost everything in this one. Many pros use a loop including Ben and ALW. Follow through over the shoulder isn’t vital either. I do like the lead hand and stepping into it though.
I get why Tanner is saying this. It’s a more economic movement when you just drop your arm and drop the paddle. In pickleball you don’t need as much of a windup and backswing.
Best pickleball instructional videos on RUclips, especially in short format.
Thanks!!

Thoughts on loading weight on your back foot first and transferring it going forward

Yes I’ll get on this for you Yasim :)
Good stuff! Thanks!
Glad you liked it!
Having difficulty with 3rd shot drop so I focus more on the forehand. When to use forehand vs drop short on 3rd?
I have a full video on this, ill create another!
I’ve never answered the phone like that 😂
hehehe
Good stuff
Appreciate it
nice one
Thanks!
Remind people not to look up...keep head down
Yep good call!
Great to see left handed players!
:)
Good tips but that pointing with the lead hand thing seems a little awkward and not the way I typically see you swing

Yep
Thanks! All players do this, some less subtle than others.
Almost similar to table tennis
Yep!

@@tanner.pickleball- well handled T.
In the video, it is almost like it's a half swing. A full swing generates more speed, power, and spin.
