Sunday walks are life... I already consumed around 40oz of water... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 422 calories and completed 4,408 steps... I am going to do 25min of wrist free yoga next... I haven't made my smoothie yet but I know it is going to be lacinato kale, power greens, banana, pineapple, flax & chia seeds and flaxoil blended with water... It's super bowl today and I am not really into football but I'm from Pennsylvania and the Eagles made it to the super bowl so I thought I would make some vegan appetizers...Hubby would appreciate that... OK off to make my mama's breakfast bow...
No doubt it's a great session, just one question - can I do this exercise at midnight do due to my professional commitments? As of now I am doing in parts like 15 mins in the afternoon and 20 mins in evening..
