15:33, Keep in mind that Saruman is a wizard. Not out of realm of possibility that he's using magic to make the Uruk-Hai hear him. Saruman's greatest power is his voice. If the Fellowship could hear Saruman from the mountains in the last movie(which is canonically over 500 miles away), the Uruk-Hai army could hear him.
8:31 Númenor was a star-shaped island where the men who helped fight a huge war lived. They were given a longer life in retribution, but a cataclysm destroyed the island. The survivors were called Dúnedain, and Elendil was their new king. Elendil was killed by Sauron, and Isildur, his son, took the Ring, and then the story unfolds with the intro in the first movie. The people of Rohan are common people; the Dúnedain live longer and there are very few left, Aragorn being one of them, and the direct descendant of Isildur.
How would you like to have a 1200-pound horse lie down next to you? Viggo Mortensen and "Brego" (actually Uraeus) went through a lengthy bonding process, with Viggo sleeping in the stall with the horse, then training sessions where the horse was trained to lie down next to a dummy. The first few sessions weren't pretty; Brego tended to lie down on top of the dummy until he figured out what was being asked of him. After filming was completed, Viggo bought the horse and arranged for his care for the rest of his life. He also bought the white horse ("Asfaloth") that Arwen rode in FOTR; Arwen's riding double really bonded to the horse, but she couldn't afford to bid on it, so Viggo bought it and gave it to her. Also, nobody seems to have figured out that while Aragorn thought he was being kissed by Arwen, he was actually being kissed by Brego!
As a long time horse owner, I was wondering how they did that shot. Very good!
You said this in the last video
Maybe you’re a little TOO INTO HORSES, bro. I’ve seen videos of horses sleeping. It’s a lot of sleep-farting! Maybe blasted Viggo out of there
yes it was brego licking him but it was by arwen's grace... almost as if arvwen willed for it to happen. the horse that he let go just happens to find him. that's the poetry of it all
@@calebharvey8979Sometimes redundancy and repetition reaches people who may have missed the first time.
Technically, Arwen and Aragorn are related. His great x20something grandfather is her uncle, Elrond's twin, Elros.
By the same measure half the northern hemisphere is related.😊
@@larrybell726 Yes, but they're not also alive as the same time as their great uncles from 3000 years ago. Kinda makes a difference.

Given how elves live, that would hinder them from ever loving anybody. So let's keep the same standards as for our own ?
Makes sence Aragon being 87 ...that's another reason he's so good at fighting
i know many people over 80 who would suck at fighting.. but i get what you mean xD
The Elves in this world are truly immortal, both body and spirit. They are meant to last as long as the World itself lasts. Elves can be slain by physical violence at war, but even then they won't truly die; even in death they are bound to the World. Their souls go to a place called "Halls of Mandos" that is located in the Undying Lands where the Valar, angelic spiritual beings and Rulers of the World reside. Slain spirits of Elves may choose, whether stay in the Halls of Mandos and waiting for the End of the World, or to be re-embodied and sent back to life. So, even in "death" they cannot escape from the World.
The fate of mortal Men is inherently different and separate from that of the Elves; death was originally a gift from the only true God in this universe, Eru Iluvatar. Yes, Men live fleeting lives compared to the immortality of the Elves, but when Men do eventually die, their souls are free to leave the World and its sorrows, despair and grievances behind and move on to the afterlife, that presumably will be something better as their time in the World. Where the souls of Men go after death, is not told by Tolkien.
This movie awesome
I really love you guys' content. All the other creators content r short. I love that your making long reactions. Keep up the good work
I really appreciate you guys splitting this into different parts. Not only is there more to watch but it probably helps against copyright

Nice hoodie
4:44 that line sounds dirty and has been used in raunchy context for many memes.
❤
echo reaction please
7:39 - Stew with Eowyn, or Fishing with Smeagol - Choose Wisely hehe
They did Faramir dirty to add drama. He never want anything to do with the Ring in the books.
he does show resistance to it in the end tho, in the movies at least
It's been years, get over it. The book still exists.
The point the screenwriters were trying to make is that it was a bit of a mistake for Tolkien to rob the ring of its power to corruption you have Faramir immediately be like, "Ring? Meh, doesn't affect me."
Like ... WHAT?! This ring corrupted Gollum, nearly seduced Gandalf, is tearing apart Frodos mind and resolve, took Boromirs resolve away completely ... and Faramirs reaction should have had the exact same impact, but in the book he's like "Naw, fam I'm cool."
They wrote an actual cinematic arc for him where he has the same struggle nearly every other mortal man has had in the presence of the ring, and you know what?
I respectfully agree with the screenwriters decision to give Faramir a struggle, makes him more relatable as a character.
@blueroninstudios2756 The point would be the contrast between the two brothers as one would be more power-hungry and the other more pure of heart and thus can withstand the temptation of the ring.
@mileschang796 Fair enough but it kind of makes the power of the ring inconsistent. That contrast can exist, but it makes Faramir's resolve even stronger than even Gandalf's! Movie Faramir makes more emotional sense than book Faramir, in my humble opinion.
Elronds speech to eowen definitely wasn’t a motivational speech lol he was being as poetically blunt as he could about her life with Aragorn if she chose him
But I find Elrond to be a "downer." The only time he smiles is at Arwen's and Aragorn's meeting on the high plaza of Gondor.
Bro watch all transformers movie bro that all movie is so awesome 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Vraiment trop pénible de devoir attendre les parties suivantes...
Merci au revoir... 😐
Fun Fact: at 28:04 the actor who plays Faramir. Was too scared to pull out the ring from Frodo's shirt so, that was an actual professional swordman who did that 😊 nice innit?!
