    can someone please tell me that if you are chubby and want to start gym then should I start directly with these workouts or should i loose weight first (doing only cardio) it would be great help if anyone will help me out🫶🏻

      Do both

      You can lose weight first, but honestly, I recommend doing both at the same time.that way, you will see the results wayyyy faster.i did her back-arm-shoulder exercise. Now i have good posture, and my arms are toned.i just really love showcasing my shoulder and arms now.i recommend it.
