Consistency is very important and even though your body weight may not decrease that much, there can be a lot of improvements in your muscle-to-fat ratio (so you shouldn't give up, even if you cannot see the improvements just yet!) PCOS sister here ☝🏻 Sam, PCOS is all about managing your stress. It isn’t just about the food (even though it is VERY IMPORTANT) but every single aspects that affects your hormones (sleep, work/personal life struggles) and also movement (working out). Look at the whole picture of your life and choose where to start, but don’t do everything at once. Don’t look into getting “visible results” but think of it as a life time: where do you want to be in 3-5 yrs, 10 yrs, 🙏🏻 I’ve been in my PCOS journey for 4 yrs, I’ve lost 30 pounds (in 2 yrs) and only focusing on changing habits. Embrace a slow process. It’s not as rewarding in the short run but in the long run it is🙏🏻♥️

@@Lily_Tran In this video she said she ate about 1300 to 1500 calories and in her previous video she said she ate 40% protein/40% carb/20% fat, she might have used the same 40-40-20 as the macros for her diet in this video.
20% is extremely healthy and 15% should only really be for athletes. Women are biologically designed to need more fat on their bodies, you do not need to go below 20% body fat.
@@teadora99 I definitely do not need to. 15% would be only for if I decide to participate in a bikini competition. I think I am healthy and look pretty good at 20% (closer to 19% right now), but it would be good to be around 17%,. I am a personal trainer and part-time model so there are some aesthetics requirements there beyond just being normal and healthy (which I am too at 25%). I do also consider myself an athlete with how much I work out and put attention into my diet given my job.
“No cheating” means she is only eating single ingredients as long as possible while in a calorie deficit at her chosen amount. Most processed foods are not accurate, food companies and fast food places are allowed by the government to be inaccurate on their nutrition labels. Protein powders are processed foods and their nutrition labels can be inaccurate depending on the supplement company. Always read the ingredient list after their nutrition label, you might find hidden calories.
Love this! Important that you point out knowing stats (weight, bmi, fat%, etc.) AND knowing how you look as you progress to your goal. I don't recall ever seeing this advice. Well organized and inspirational! Thank you!

@@medina4926 not weight girl, body fat. We need fat to protect our organs and for energy, and 15% is a bit too little. 18-25 is a healthy body fat amount, weight doesn’t matter that much if you’re close to the healthy amount for your height.

Don't worry most people have difficulty with their belly fat. Not surprising considering that's where most people have the majority of their fat storage since our food goes to our stomachs. Few genetically blessed individuals have fat better distributed to other areas of their body so even when they maintain a higher body fat they're still able to see abs but that's just in the luck of the draw.
Remember to calculate for your height, weight, and activity! She may be more petite natually and need less. Make sure you have enough calories (energy) to cover your basal metabolic rate and to fuel your everyday activities/exercise with enough protein to maintain muscle definition. As long as your calories are below maintenance level for your weight, keeping those things in mind, you will lose weight! Just be patient as it takes a couple of months and avout 10-15lbs of fat loss to noticeably see a difference

she only did two exercises for her abs! the first was simple crunches, and the second was leg lowering. i can't remember the exact sets, but i think she did them in sets of 30 a few times a day! hope this helped :)

i am 15% bodyfat or even lower and i can gurantee you people that the thumbnail is a clickbait , it cant be achived in less time , it will take a lot of time if you dont wanna have strech marks and lose skin so i suggest doing it slow and steady rather than being clickbaited by people like this

I ran out of food in my cupboards except for rice and eggs. It made me lose 5lbs without trying over a 3 week period. Not the most healthy, but not terrible. I realized I needed more nutrients due to increased hair fall. 😅

I really really love desserts, and have a few after every meal. I go through my day looking forward to having desserts 😥 How did you cut all your desserts out, and all you enjoy eating, for 100 days?
You can turn fruit into your desserts and stuff so I don't add any sugar don't add anything to the fruit but you can prepare it in a way that is like a dessert. Right now I'm trying to cute out snacks and desserts completely out of my everyday life and put in more fruit and vegetables and so far it's doing good I have not eaten any candy and I think 3 weeks and it's okay if you slip up just keep trying and you'll do well. Maybe she'll have better tips than that but I hope that helped. Also sweet potato could be used as a dessert as well, without sugar or butter or anything it's actually really really sweet if you give it a chance. Also if you cut out candy and sugars from your diet the fruit will start to taste sweeter as your taste changes also absolutely no fake or real sugar just drink regular homemade tea or seltzer water with just carbonated water and flavoring and that's it. That has actually helped my husband lose a lot of weight because he cut soda out of his diet. I think little things build up to a big difference so take it very slowly so that you don't cheat.

But what you said about letting my taste buds recalibrate to the sweetness in fruits rings true. I don’t think I’ve ever cut out sweets for 3 weeks, so well done to you and husband!
@@Tyenn1 yeah see that's the problem I have as well I always end up having like chocolate or something I'm not supposed to. It's all about turning it into a habit just like with weightlifting I had to turn it into a habit in order to continue it then I fell off the wagon and I'm jumping back on now. But yeah I hope that can help. I find that having apples and bananas in the house really really help me cuz those are my favorite including grapes. Anything that's not chocolate so I try not to buy chocolate or cookies so that I don't end up making a mistake of eating it lol.
@@itsjennyyystyle yeah I don't have a specific diet just try and eat healthy foods wheat instead of white bread brown rice instead of white rice sweet potatoes instead of regular potatoes vegetable pasta or rice pasta instead of the regular pasta. I don't have any suggestions cuz I'm still doing my best I don't know anybody else's diet either. It's probably best to you get a dietitian I think that would help if you are really concerned with having a diet.

식단 너무 강박가질 필요없어요 저도 밥만 현미밥으로 먹고 반찬은 먹고싶은거 다먹었어요 액상과당은 피하는게 좋음 .. 저녁엔 정말 간단하게먹고 16시간정도 공복유지했네요 운동은 따로한건 없어요 가끔 홈트ㅎㅎ 아 밥먹고 식후혈당제 꼭 먹어줬어요 두달하니 15키로 감량 성공했네요!!

@@medina4926 not weight girl, body fat. We need fat to protect our organs and for energy, and 15% is a bit too little. 18-25 is a healthy body fat amount, weight doesn’t matter that much if you’re close to the healthy amount for your height.

Don't worry most people have difficulty with their belly fat. Not surprising considering that's where most people have the majority of their fat storage since our food goes to our stomachs. Few genetically blessed individuals have fat better distributed to other areas of their body so even when they maintain a higher body fat they're still able to see abs but that's just in the luck of the draw.

Remember to calculate for your height, weight, and activity! She may be more petite natually and need less. Make sure you have enough calories (energy) to cover your basal metabolic rate and to fuel your everyday activities/exercise with enough protein to maintain muscle definition. As long as your calories are below maintenance level for your weight, keeping those things in mind, you will lose weight! Just be patient as it takes a couple of months and avout 10-15lbs of fat loss to noticeably see a difference

저는 운동은 꾸준히 했어요! 다만 먹고 싶은거 다먹었고 유산소운동을 게을리하고 근력운동만 하다보니 살이 걷잡을수없이 많이 쪘어요! 그래서 마음잡고 다이어트 식단으로 먹고 유산소운동도 함께 병행하며 다이어트 시작했어요^^
중간 중간 다이어트 도전은 했었지만 목표가 확실히 없다보니 하는둥.. 마는둥 하다가 또 술도 먹고 먹고싶은거 다 먹으며 또 다이어트 중단되고 그게 반복되어서 얼마나 쉬었다고 말씀드리기가 좀 어려워요ㅠㅠㅎㅎ

she only did two exercises for her abs! the first was simple crunches, and the second was leg lowering. i can't remember the exact sets, but i think she did them in sets of 30 a few times a day! hope this helped :)

You can calculate your BMI by dividing your weight in kg by the square of your height in meters. Like 45kg/(1.5m)²=45/2.25= 20

i am 15% bodyfat or even lower and i can gurantee you people that the thumbnail is a clickbait , it cant be achived in less time , it will take a lot of time if you dont wanna have strech marks and lose skin so i suggest doing it slow and steady rather than being clickbaited by people like this

I ran out of food in my cupboards except for rice and eggs. It made me lose 5lbs without trying over a 3 week period. Not the most healthy, but not terrible. I realized I needed more nutrients due to increased hair fall. 😅

What did you miss most on your diet? I really really love desserts, and have a few after every meal. I go through my day looking forward to having desserts 😥 How did you cut all your desserts out, and all you enjoy eating, for 100 days?
You can turn fruit into your desserts and stuff so I don't add any sugar don't add anything to the fruit but you can prepare it in a way that is like a dessert. Right now I'm trying to cute out snacks and desserts completely out of my everyday life and put in more fruit and vegetables and so far it's doing good I have not eaten any candy and I think 3 weeks and it's okay if you slip up just keep trying and you'll do well. Maybe she'll have better tips than that but I hope that helped. Also sweet potato could be used as a dessert as well, without sugar or butter or anything it's actually really really sweet if you give it a chance. Also if you cut out candy and sugars from your diet the fruit will start to taste sweeter as your taste changes also absolutely no fake or real sugar just drink regular homemade tea or seltzer water with just carbonated water and flavoring and that's it. That has actually helped my husband lose a lot of weight because he cut soda out of his diet. I think little things build up to a big difference so take it very slowly so that you don't cheat.

But what you said about letting my taste buds recalibrate to the sweetness in fruits rings true. I don’t think I’ve ever cut out sweets for 3 weeks, so well done to you and husband!
@@Tyenn1 yeah see that's the problem I have as well I always end up having like chocolate or something I'm not supposed to. It's all about turning it into a habit just like with weightlifting I had to turn it into a habit in order to continue it then I fell off the wagon and I'm jumping back on now. But yeah I hope that can help. I find that having apples and bananas in the house really really help me cuz those are my favorite including grapes. Anything that's not chocolate so I try not to buy chocolate or cookies so that I don't end up making a mistake of eating it lol.
@@itsjennyyystyle yeah I don't have a specific diet just try and eat healthy foods wheat instead of white bread brown rice instead of white rice sweet potatoes instead of regular potatoes vegetable pasta or rice pasta instead of the regular pasta. I don't have any suggestions cuz I'm still doing my best I don't know anybody else's diet either. It's probably best to you get a dietitian I think that would help if you are really concerned with having a diet.
