This is a real diet story. Because even though she was that thin she had to work on it for 6 months. To build the perfect body she pushed herself for how many months. How much more those chubby ladies like me who wants to get fit. Everything takes time. We all just need to be constant and never stop. Good amount of food which is healthy, good amount of cardio, strength training to stop muscle loss, you don’t even know what you are talking about the video link says the exact same thing one think I disagree with is fat to much fat is never good it’s got way to much calories the lower amount of fat the better and this applies from fruits such as avocados.
@Joy Thomas Definitely agree. This is not a sustainable diet at all and at the end her bmi was below 18 which is considered underweight. This video has so many triggers that I wouldn't advise anyone with an eating disorder to watch it. I'm totally happy that she could get to the weight she wanted but if you're depriving your body of its needs then this is not healthy.
I love how this is so detailed, it clearly shows you cant just get the body you want in a week or 2, there will be ups and there will be downs but clearly sticking to your plan always always ALWAYS pays off
i like this type of diet plan because she actually eats and treats herself well. this ain't some quickie diet plan where you starve youself and eat raw foods. this is a progress that's worthy to see.
I loved that you didn't only show the before and after images but your whole body fat percentage ! This does show that we can be skinny but have around 30% body fat ! Getting fit is not just about looks but to feel god inside out !

Finally saw a sustainable diet after seeing a lot of crash diets from Korean celebs! it saddens me how korean standards are way too high like crash diets are normal to them, even talked casually on tv shows. so thank you for this 4 months is sustainable and thank you for including strength training which I don't see often in Korean diets. GUYS please do not do crash diets like losing x amount of weight in x days because its really bad in the long run ;( also: you can eat more and not just chicken breast and potatoes. just portion size them and have some cheat snacks/ meals so you don't go crazy!
So she did 1 hour of aerobics and 1 hour of weight training every day? As in 2 hours everyday no rest? ... I do 1 hour a day with 2 days rest per week and I feel dead hahah :(
I do workout everyother day. Aerobics, stretching and muscle workout. At first I was so exhausted I thought giving up, then after 2 months, my workout routine somehow became easier. I am still doing the same workout but I increase the intensity. And now, I am thinking of changing my workout to that of harder ones. Staying Consistent is the key.

I’ve been doing weighted workouts for a month now, before that I did hiit for 2 months, but like I said, I do it only for an hour, just this past week I started going some walking to burn some extra calories 😅 but I do need my rest days since my muscles get worn out, so I was surprised she didn’t say anything about rest days

Losing weight or toning up isn't just a quick fix, It' a whole lifestyle change. As someone who had an ed in the past, i always said to myself "once you become skinny you can eat whatever you want" and i gained a ton of weight from restricting and bingeing. But now my mindset is just to live healthier and nourish your body with real nutritional food while still enjoying other foods in moderation.
You are so inspiring!! I like that you listened to your body and made changes to your diet/exercise when you didn't feel good/didn't have enough energy instead of persisting with your diet/exercise.
I've been dieting and working out, it's been 3 weeks now and this inspired me to be realistic about my goals. I definitely wont get abs showing or have a very toned and defined body unless I've been working on it for months

I mean girl, props to you for working so hard and achieving what you aspired for. But your body is very smart, trust it. When you get dizzy that's a sign of anemia and undernourishment for your body. I'd also be curious how your period was these past months.. under 16 % body fat is very difficult on the female hormones and can lead to severe metabolic damage. In the end you might do more harm than good. Please, please consult a doctor before putting your body through something like this. At least get the right supplements like iron and other micronutrients needed to support your body if you want to put it under such stress. Take care and I admire you for your determination!

before i started working out i did exactly that had a whole week of unhealthy eating of anything that i was craving from candy to chocolate to pizza and such and it did help when i started working out i started eating healthy as well and i dont have many cravings :)
Watching this made me very envious. Ive always wanted to lose weight through my diet but i live with my family so i cannot control what i eat. I can only control my exercise and when i eat. For months, i did my best to lose weight but results cant seem to differ from when i started. :
@@ameerah7427 you can just stay away from the fried food and have your own rice with some extra vegetables. Not sure how fatty the curry is, but as long as it has a moderate amount of fat it's okay to eat that. Plus, beef and chicken are a great source of protein which is absolutely necessary for a good diet. Be aware of the amout of carbs that maintains your current bodyweight and reduce it a little by the week until you are on the track to lose weight.

I heard that Asians in particular carry their fat not under the skin but like inside where the organs are placed. So it’s more detrimental if there’re fat. But don’t quote me on that.
Like ratu k said she has more fat than muscle even if she is skinny, so its unhealthy. Even in the western world the term "skinny fat" exist where a person looks skinny but has a high body fat percentage that makes them feel the same as an overweight person.
I think it’s called visceral fat and I think it’s different from “normal” fat. You can probably look this up on google, I’m not a native English speaker xox

At a particular time, like now, I'm not that serious about my weight, I eat as healthy as possible while still eating what I want with intermittent fasting, but I often find myself out of breath when walking up stairs or running a short distance. Then, when I decide to make more effort, I exercise daily, eating enough portions of healthy meals and staying hydrated by lots of water and occasionally a cup of green tea, iced coffee with only milk and ice added to regular coffee, or also a healthy refreshing drink using apple cider vinegar. I find it both easy and hard to lose weight, so watching these kinds of videos really places a balance in my life, remembering that health always comes first. I might make my own video :) subscribe!
I thought this video would be so triggering for me as I am currently in eating disorder recovery, but I really managed to hold it strong. I appreciate her honesty about how hungry she got towards the end and how her physical health suffered. I only clicked because I was in such a similar situation. I weighed 58KG before I lost some weight unintentionally and that pushed me to and ED that got me to 48.1 (my lowest weight). I lost my period. I was a cranky bitch to everyone, including my own ill mother. In the end you have to decide what is more important for you - looking like a certain way that is mysteriously praised by society even though it's unhealthy or living your best and most fulfilled life. I also recovered from eating disorder and have thoughts about start working out hard core and dieting like that I used to. Truly appreciate her honesty about how hungry she gets in the end and eating entire bag of bread in the parking lot was so real. I was once there too. Hope you have a successful recovery!!!
I just want to point out to everyone on their fitness journey to always check on your health if you feel dizzy or uneasy during or after working out. I almost fainted after a day when I worked out intensely and after blood tests discovered that all my uneasiness and constant, intense tiredness especially after exercise was due to thyroid dysfunction. After taking the proper prescription I am well again. Stay strong and healthy
People please be conscious of your health and listen to your body too. You don't always have to push yourself into dizziness while sitting still. Do research and be careful. Do what works for you. Thanks for sharing this video!
In the end with a bmi of 17.2 she was actually underweight 🙈 also she followed a very harsh and rigorous diet and exercise plan.. I would not recommend doing this for a good reason: Jojo effect: as soon as you start eating more normal again you're going to gain weight again and it's all going to be fat mass, plus due to starving your metabolism might have slowed down, which is never good when trying to keep off weight. I think it could have been better and more sustainable for her to lose the weight she lost in a year and not that fast, plus not eating the same things every day because you might get certain deficiencies! Just my opinion, I'm not hating on her or anything, I just wouldn't want especially young girls to try this diet plan :/
@@lovvesickrose5593 yeah she had a lot of meals but really small ones, with almost no calories. And from the way she lost the weight so quickly you can tell that she had quite a large calorie deficit.

It's not healthy. I wish women would stop feeling the need to get ultra skinny to be 'perfect'. It can lead to eating disorders and your body can't function with out energy and so much exercising :(
yes you can achieve great health and look without starving and extreme goals and extreme dieting.... :( it’s scary to hear that she got those reactions it’s not healthy. Lifestyle change is different than diet. Lifestyle should be sustainable and healthy. sounds like she got malnourished in the end. All the intense measuring and weight checking...:(
올해초에 갑작스레 수술을 하고 3개월간 회복기간을 가지면서 5kg가 쪘었어요. 침대에서만 회복하느라 순수 체지방으로만 쪄서 맞는 옷도 없고 세상 우울했는데 재활을 위해서 헬스를 시작했어요. 그 후 2개월동안 근손실 없이 체지방만 5kg을 뺐는데 그게 딱 이밍님의 헬스 처음 시작하셨을 때 인바디의 체중, 근육, 체지방량하고 똑같아요. 그 후 한 달반동안 정체기를 가져서 운동방법을 바꾼 뒤 다시 천천히 빠지기 시작해서 지금은 2kg를 추가로 감량했어요. 솔직히 의사선생님이 시켜서 시작한 헬스였지만 지금은 너무나도 재밌고 매일매일 운동할 생각에 설레면서 일어나요ㅎㅎ 하루하루 바뀌어가는 제 모습을 볼 때마다 흐뭇하고 줄어드는 통증에 너무 행복해요. 인생 버킷리스트 중 하나였던 바디프로필을 이번 기회에 찍어보자! 다짐하였지만 아직은 높은 강도의 운동을 못하기 때문에 넉넉하게 1년을 잡고 내년 여름에 찍어야지 라고 생각했어요. 그런데 이밍님의 영상을 본 뒤로 어쩌면 저도 6개월안에 성공해낼 수 있겠다 라는 자신감이 생겼어요. 친절하게 운동법과 바디체크들 올려주셔서 감사해요 덕분에 꿀팁과 용기 얻고가요! 처음 시작하실 때의 인바디가 제 두달전 인바디와 너무 똑같아서 더더욱 동기부여가 되는 것 같아요ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 바디프로필 정말 멋지게 잘 나오셨네요!!! 앞으로도 응원할게요♡

Of course you have to get condition and start working on it little by little tho
Dont forget "aerobic exercise" can also be walking or hiking or something like that, and weights can be made lighter

I mean girl, props to you for working so hard and achieving what you aspired for. But your body is very smart, trust it. When you get dizzy that's a sign of anemia and undernourishment for your body. I'd also be curious how your period was these past months.. under 16 % body fat is very difficult on the female hormones and can lead to severe metabolic damage. In the end you might do more harm than good. Please, please consult a doctor before putting your body through something like this. At least get the right supplements like iron and other micronutrients needed to support your body if you want to put it under such stress.

before i started working out i did exactly that had a whole week of unhealthy eating of anything that i was craving from candy to chocolate to pizza and such and it did help when i started working out i started eating healthy as well and i dont have many cravings :)

@@jintonic9969 They usually make alot of fried food, curry, there is always chicken or beef. Instant noodles, pasta. Most are unhealthy
@@ameerah7427 you can just stay away from the fried food and have your own rice with some extra vegetables. Not sure how fatty the curry is, but as long as it has a moderate amount of fat it's okay to eat that. Plus, beef and chicken are a great source of protein which is absolutely necessary for a good diet. Be aware of the amout of carbs that maintains your current bodyweight and reduce it a little by the week until you are on the track to lose weight.

I heard that Asians in particular carry their fat not under the skin but like inside where the organs are placed. So it’s more detrimental if there’re fat. But don’t quote me on that.
Like ratu k said she has more fat than muscle even if she is skinny, so its unhealthy. Even in the western world the term "skinny fat" exist where a person looks skinny but has a high body fat percentage that makes them feel the same as an overweight person.

At a particular time, like now, I'm not that serious about my weight, I eat as healthy as possible while still eating what I want with intermittent fasting, but I often find myself out of breath when walking up stairs or running a short distance.
Then, when I decide to make more effort, I exercise daily, eating enough portions of healthy meals and staying hydrated by lots of water and occasionally a cup of green tea, iced coffee with only milk and ice added to regular coffee, or also a healthy refreshing drink using apple cider vinegar.
I find it both easy and hard to lose weight, so watching these kinds of videos really places a balance in my life, remembering that health always comes first. I might make my own video :) subscribe!
I thought this video would be so triggering for me as I am currently in eating disorder recovery, but I really managed to hold it strong. I appreciate her honesty about how hungry she got towards the end and how her physical health suffered. I only clicked because I was in such a similar situation. I weighed 58KG before I lost some weight unintentionally and that pushed me to and ED that got me to 48.1 (my lowest weight). I lost my period. I was a cranky bitch to everyone, including my own ill mother. In the end you have to decide what is more important for you - looking like a certain way that is mysteriously praised by society even though it's unhealthy or living your best and most fulfilled life. I also recovered from eating disorder and have thoughts about start working out hard core and dieting like that I used to. Truly appreciate her honesty about how hungry she gets in the end and eating entire bag of bread in the parking lot was so real. I was once there too. Hope you have a successful recovery!!!

I just want to point out to everyone on their fitness journey to always check on your health if you feel dizzy or uneasy during or after working out.
I almost fainted after a day when I worked out intensely and after blood tests discovered that all my uneasiness and constant, intense tiredness especially after exercise was due to thyroid dysfunction. After taking the proper prescription I am well again.

In the end with a bmi of 17.2 she was actually underweight 🙈 also she followed a very harsh and rigorous diet and exercise plan..
I would not recommend doing this for a good reason: Jojo effect: as soon as you start eating more normal again you're going to gain weight again and it's all going to be fat mass, plus due to starving your metabolism might have slowed down, which is never good when trying to keep off weight. I think it could have been better and more sustainable for her to lose the weight she lost in a year and not that fast, plus not eating the same things every day because you might get certain deficiencies! Just my opinion, I'm not hating on her or anything, I just wouldn't want especially young girls to try this diet plan :/

No i dont agree because she had between 3 to 5 meals a day and ate between 3 - 4 hours which means she was not starving
@@lovvesickrose5593 yeah she had a lot of meals but really small ones, with almost no calories. And from the way she lost the weight so quickly you can tell that she had quite a large calorie deficit.
@@lovvesickrose5593 She literally stated that she was starving and got dizzy during the day. I guess the harsh diet was mainly for the shoot though, so she would have changed her diet to something more realistic and safe.

It's not healthy. I wish women would stop feeling the need to get ultra skinny to be 'perfect'. It can lead to eating disorders and your body can't function with out energy and so much exercising :(

올해초에 갑작스레 수술을 하고 3개월간 회복기간을 가지면서 5kg가 쪘었어요. 침대에서만 회복하느라 순수 체지방으로만 쪄서 맞는 옷도 없고 세상 우울했는데 재활을 위해서 헬스를 시작했어요. 그 후 2개월동안 근손실 없이 체지방만 5kg을 뺐는데 그게 딱 이밍님의 헬스 처음 시작하셨을 때 인바디의 체중, 근육, 체지방량하고 똑같아요. 그 후 한 달반동안 정체기를 가져서 운동방법을 바꾼 뒤 다시 천천히 빠지기 시작해서 지금은 2kg를 추가로 감량했어요. 솔직히 의사선생님이 시켜서 시작한 헬스였지만 지금은 너무나도 재밌고 매일매일 운동할 생각에 설레면서 일어나요ㅎㅎ 하루하루 바뀌어가는 제 모습을 볼 때마다 흐뭇하고 줄어드는 통증에 너무 행복해요. 인생 버킷리스트 중 하나였던 바디프로필을 이번 기회에 찍어보자! 다짐하였지만 아직은 높은 강도의 운동을 못하기 때문에 넉넉하게 1년을 잡고 내년 여름에 찍어야지 라고 생각했어요. 그런데 이밍님의 영상을 본 뒤로 어쩌면 저도 6개월안에 성공해낼 수 있겠다 라는 자신감이 생겼어요. 친절하게 운동법과 바디체크들 올려주셔서 감사해요 덕분에 꿀팁과 용기 얻고가요! 처음 시작하실 때의 인바디가 제 두달전 인바디와 너무 똑같아서 더더욱 동기부여가 되는 것 같아요ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 바디프로필 정말 멋지게 잘 나오셨네요!!! 앞으로도 응원할게요♡
