    Alex‘ advices are so crystal clear and always on point, even an Olympian (to be) can learn from her. It was the same with Hannah Morris on the Kilter Board. Her tips made me climb one grade harder on the board immediately. Would love to have a coaching session with her and Robin ❤

    Toby Roberts! What a friendly, gentle, intelligent, humble young man and a tremendously talented climber!! Thank you, ROAP Coaching, for - yet again - another excellent and refreshing video!!
    I join @stefanwossner2007 in his opinion, that “Alex‘ advices are so crystal clear and always on point”. And, in my view, Robin’s too. Their advices are short, precise and easy to remember, precious take-aways that one can use as a “mantraesque”, quiet inner voice whilst climbing:
    “you have to be a good looser to be an amazing climber”
    “not a 99,9% but a 100% correct food placement”
    “generate and use momentum”
    “our legs are much stronger than our arms”
    “dropp knee”
    And many more.
    Your videos are packed with precious, little, but highly effective and transformative gems! That is what I call pedagogy at its highest level!! Without wanting to sound arrogant, after more than three decades in communication, marketing, and sales, with a teaching background, plus more than two decades climbing experience, I think I can actually say that.
    So, dear Robin and Alex, please keep at it!! You are definitely not only tremendous climbers, but utterly excellent trainers, too!!

      Ahhh, wow! High praise from someone such as yourself! Thank you so much.
      Short and to the point messaging is what we have found works best over the years. Along with the classic K.I.S.S acronym (keep it simple stupid).
      Thank you again, we really appreciate the kind words, your support and for watching!

    As an interviewer, Alex talks too much. As a coach she is spot on. Would’ve liked to hear more of Toby’s responses without Puccio interjecting with her opinion…

    • @pxr3423
      @pxr3423 5 месяцев назад +19

      With Toby being so young and naturally more on the reserved, quiet introspective side- Alex did what any interviewer would feel was right to keep the conversation flowing. I could tell when Toby's mind was busy with thoughts, preferring to hold them in and internalize. Alex helped become an extension of him and verbalize his thoughts, if anything, especially given she's walked (well, climbed, to be more precise with the metaphor lol) in the same shoes as him to a strong degree.

      @@roapcoaching917honestly the conversational tone is pretty great, the content isn’t “interviewer talks to Toby” it’s “Alex talks to Toby”, I think I totally also want to hear what Alex has to say and how both of you guys have this common experience, I think that’s a lot more valuable and honestly way more chill as a fan of both
