would actually be pretty simple you just rinse the bowls out and run them through an industrial dishwasher
@@johnkies1189 Yeah, I'm sure there's a lot of automation 'backstage'. But even if there wasn't, it's not like you really need to deep clean the soba bowls - they just get the noodles in them and then dunked out into the people's personal bowls. You could probably just hit them with hot water and send them back out - since it's just the same noodles going in and no one else touches the bowls except the server.
Easiest place to dishwash is someplace that specializes. The serving dishes are the same, the kitchen items used are the same, and even if somehow it was all by hand with no industrial sanitizer? Still simple to go into autopilot to clean and more efficient.

Soba noodles are lower in carbohydrates than udon or ramen noodles made of wheat flour, so you can safely eat a lot of them. It's a very healthy noodle.
