      Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else wants to learn about curing joint pain try Magonsi Pain Ease Expert (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my colleague got great results with it.

    I have been eating only fruits and vegetables now for three weeks now and I feel so much better, I stay away from dairy, meat, pasta, breads and I'm feeling so much better !!!

      sand real you may want to watch inflammation and sugar levels with fruits. fruits is sugar , good sugar but still needs ti be consumed smartly.

    Thank you doctor Berg. My SED Rate/ESR is a 24; normal range shows 0-20. Hopefully it's just my diet because I can change that. I got scared when I read it but you gave me a lot of peace and comfort today. I have had a lot of arthritis pain for at least a month and I'm sure it's because of all they free food they serve us at work: Lots of pasta, desserts and some processed foods. Thank you so much!!!!

      @@pakijew4be careful with cutting out salt. The body needs it. But its Celtic Sea Salt that we should be consuming. It's pure and unrefined, It has over 80 minerals that are needed for the body & taken eith a hlass of water is electrolytes for the body. Definitely cut out table salt, is like poison to the body.

    I am vegan and I do not have any old injuries, I do not eat sugar (other than the natural sugar that is in vagetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds). I do not eat grains at all (I eat buckwheat, quinoa and wild rice but these are not grains, they are actually seeds) and I do not consume oils of any kind. (I only cook with water or homamde vagetable broth). I try to only consume the amount of protein that is recommanded to me, from sprouted nuts, sprouted seeds and sprouted legumes. I do not drink alcohol, not even occasionally. About cooked foods - I drink fresh water
    on-caffeine tea and eat raw vagetbles + raw fruits + raw nuts and seeds most of the time! Occasionally I cook but even if I do, I never cook with oils and I do never cook the food TOO much so it won't lose the nutritions. (Also, when I cook, I try to only use foods that are healthier when cooked anyway like certain leafy greens, tomatoes, spinach, carrots and sprouted legumes). So yes, I occasionally enjoy healthy soups and healthy stews - but I never use oils, sugar, grains, alcohol or animal products. (Also, I only ever use pink Himalian sea salt wich is richer in Iodine and health benefits than white salt. But even than I do not use TOO MANY of it, only one teaspoon perday.)

      Dovydas Nesvarbu I used kolorex a herbal supplement that worked really well! Then I cut bread out of my diet and cut down on sugar. Then you will feel better. after 3 or 4 courses you will be fine but manage your diet

    Dr Berg, one of my relatives has on and off pin and needle pain on the face and behind the eye socket (happens more when he is flying for about 10 min and stops). He has previously suffered from cardiac arrest and the issue started after. Any idea what the reason could be?

    Hi Dr Berg, I’ve been living with gallstones with pain for quite a few years. The doctor told me to eat low fat but after researching Keto I found that it could help. 8 weeks in and NO gallbladder pain!!
    That was until I did a 20 hour fast on Monday. I now have gallbladder pain again. What do you think the reason for this may be? Do long fasts aggravate the gallbladder? Thank you

    @dr berg. Can you discuss some of the issues eating raw vegetables? Specifically the protective enzymes to ward off animals that are present raw but not after cooking. And also the reaserch that shows an increase in beta carotene in carrots after cooking

    Excellent summary. The first two on the list in my case and possibly the lemon a day in the green smoothies will have to go for a while. Organic cider vinegar with the Mother orally and foot bathing in it absorbed topically helps me. Serrapeptase seems to work more quickly than the Ashwaganda, Astragalus, Ginseng, Suma, Tulsi, Brahmi etc which are more immune builders over time along with the boiling of Reishi, Turmeric and other herbs for tea.

    I was recently diagnosed with costochondritis which sucks because it hurts a lot. But anyway, can adrenal fatigue cause costochondritis? I think I'm suffering from moderate to severe adrenal fatigue. I'm a student and I've been stressed since high school and it's only gotten worse since college. I began loading trucks which was rough because I went from little to no exercise, to strenuous exercise. I was recently involved in a car accident and broke my collarbone, and I think that's when everything got worse. I can't handle and type of stress anymore. I was also diagnosed with asthma, which I think I developed last year.

    Everybody talk about GRASS FED food as if it is available everywhere. I believe there is just no grass fed food anymore. Maybe only for the farmers own food.

    I think my body is declining nuts and dairy and gluten and eggs and broccoli and avocado and basically all foods . I don't know what to eat anymore -.- I wish you could just take a pill and be full! Eating is giving my bod hard a time !

      Wouldn't hurt to try to Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother. It helps your stomach produce acid and gives you a lot of good enzymes.

      I will tell you a secret.. The ancient sprouted grain (camut) will resolve Your problem in a month.. (do it yourself overnight and and blend it, as to smoothie) or less.. I became alive again..
      Then you want to include greens and crucifers.. blessings!!

      I have this rash that burns more than itches.. I seems to get better then comes back again .. I’m convinced it’s inflammation but I have not had grains or dairy in about five months I’m on Plant Paradox so I only have sourdough bread .. could it be what ever else that’s put in the sourdough bread?     Thats exactly it!! Long term stress, old injuries. Yoga and physical therapy stretchs relieve some pain so I don't need ibuprofen. I changed my diet following Dr Berg recommendations and some I found before Dr Berg and think I'm on the better path

    thank you Dr. Eric . what do you think of Behecet disease and the link between it, adrenal fatigue , gluten sensitivity , thyroid disorders, insulin resistance , liver, gallbladder and eye problems, immunity, inflammation and food
    those seem unrelated in conventional medicine, but not in functional medicine.

    This was incredibly helpful thank you. I have been doing everything right on the diet side and working on sleep quality but couldn’ Understand why I continue to be exhausted and am not losing weight. I have bulging and herniated discs a miniscus tear and a 90% rotator cuff tear. How can I address inflammation with these injuries?

    I was a vegetarian for 10 years and didn't eat enough protein but I drank lots of wine and I got gout, I was 26. So I don't think gout is about eating to much protein I think its not digesting it properly.

      yes it does.....specially indian/pakistani and african food they get cooked over 45 minutes , YT it and u ll find the answer

      @@pakijew4 Dr. Berg said particularly cooked foods as a routine for years. We have to get a lot more raw vegetables in our diet as in Salads. :) When we really stick to the min. of 7 cups of fresh vegetables a day we do great! And feel great. Green drinks too!

    I have been eating friuts and vegetables now and I feel so much better.
