Yay!! I’m so glad for you.. it’s amazing that just avoiding bad oils and empty carbs along with fasting and if can cure so many of modern health problems. I was able to control my type 2 diabetes this same way.. lost excess weight.. got my A1c to 5.3 from 11 and reduced all kids of inflammation related pains.

@@stevetorres76 I fast intill 12 and I don't eat after work at 12pm. In 2 months I got rid of 20lbs. I thought I had a disease and had a doctors appointment in May I was stressed and for 3 weeks I ate bad I gained back 5 pounds. In 2 weeks I have been doing what I did when I first lost weight but for some reason I'm not losing any weight I've gained 2 pounds since then. The only thing I can think of is I've been eating more carbs and sweets which I know I need to stop I hope I can still lose weight.

@@fabienzaca I’m no expert but from what I’ve been doing it’s extremely low carb. Lots of leafy greens and lots of fat. Zero starchy staple foods and lots of fat. I usually pig out on bacon and heavy whipping cream. It fills me up to the gills and I don’t get hungry again for a long time. Funny thing about fat is it makes people get skinny. As crazy as that sounds. Have you heard of bulletproof coffee? It’s coffee with a high fat content.

Most of the symptoms she’s listing of inflammation were the same symptoms I suffered with type 2 diabetes. I used intermittent fasting and a keytogenic diet and not only did my blood sugar levels become normal but so many inflammation issues I had like a very painful shoulder and a toothache simply just disappeared. She’s right on the money!!! If you have inflammation listen to her advice. It works! 👍

Great video thanks! I started keto and intermittent fasting about 2.5 months ago, I’m exercising for about a month almost everyday now, I noticed a big boost of energy in me now my body is completely healed from inflammation. I’d say that you start everything with what you eat first. You are what you eat

Hi Lacey. This is an extremely informative video and one everyone should watch. I cannot agree with you more that eating clean and removing processed foods is so important to reducing inflammation. And daily exercise helps to keep joints moving properly which also helps to reduce inflammation. Inflammation seems to be the new cholesterol! Thanks for passing along all your knowledge and experience! ❤

Can u get burning in ur head and legs toes etc or weird cold or wet feeling sensations from sinuses being to inflamed ? Seems I feel burning in my nose even but sleep I wake up burning gone ik this is inflammation I can feel it and the burning sends to my head take warm shower blow my nose once I loosen up feel so much better less burning in my head I swear inflammation is doing my head burning and other body extremities too besides other symptoms I got stuffy inflamed to for almost year straight currently n inflammation started after dealing with broken teeth needed extractions for Amish 3 yrs my insrnc wouldn’t pay for extractions 1 per year so I ask dentist get it approved nope didn’t try for me but I began even wear makeup allergies runny eyes and nose first burn I felt was after my nose discharged clear during having covid after the covid and sting went away about a few months later I now feel burning in my nose at times or cheeks and my head my legs my arms as if my nerves are getting told there’s burning but really I’m not burning sometimes it stings and feels like bad sunburn but my teeth then inflamed sinuses began for long time b4 burning in my nose head arms legs feet sometimes feel cold or wetness in my ears and legs I swear inflammation is the cause now is inflammation mean swelling like u so from sprain or broken bone or does it mean swelling with fluid ? Aka is inflammation fluid and pushes agnst areas which swells ppl out ? Inflammation already made me be admitted in hospital it began inflaming my gland on right side of my throat plus swollen my cheek and top lip so frkn huge it shown on ct scan inflammation hurt so badly as if I was being stabbed and someone was tightening twisting squeezing etc onto my muscle in my jaw area and my deepest layer of my skin ct scan shown inflammation was onto or they went inflamed idk which but so knowing that it’s swelling occurs isn’t fluid or swelling of areas or does it cause pressure when swells body part is that inflamed swollen body part putting pressure onto nerves or onto other muscles or joints meaning can inflamed body Patty internally put pressure against dffrnt bod part to cause the body part has no issue to pain or burn ? I hate this not knowing what is sending inflammation into my body feeling at times swollen cold legs or feels wet really is cold legs b4 they bloat and the burning sensation is like having sun burn or something raw that stings and burns sinuses began first after broken teeth from grinding and clenching in my sleep followed them by covid stayed stuffy and inflamed almost a yr constantly but over past 3 yrs inflammation began now it’s spread burning to my nostrils and head at times then my arms n legs n toes at times feel burning I thought maybe my body temp is to warm when I feel raw or dry burning sensation comes from usually on others if something isn’t healed a sun burn or rawness or from being dry air but now I’m feeling it everyday and so I have noticed sweat gives that burn sensation at times n being cold body part to my touch feels cold makes wet/ cold sensation as if water inside my leg running down it then bloats out if I fall asleep sitting up feet pushed into floor or in heat on my feet awhile both ways my legs bloat like the pressure of pushing my feet down is like to much pressure and wrks like an turnatic I swear im getting inflammation throughout my body if I fall asleep after had car accident as psngr in 2016 since then chiropractor wrks onto my spine That caused me pain all of these yrs if I fall asleep my body lbs to much weight on my bk fall asleep flat on my bk like all muscles pulled wateva it is catches in my bk I have to fight pain to move force myself to move and at times I feel that stinging in my bk after pressure in there and head pop and cracking at times idk if chiropractor had messed my nerves up to where now pressure onto body parts they inflamed and bloat like in my feet n legs idk but I hate inflammation idk what’s causing it throughout my body and my bk I feel as if I pulled muscles burning much pain to move in my bk
