Thanks Dr Meschino. I’m doing 12000 per day now for almost three months it’s starting to make a big difference in everything. I find I’m walking about 100 steps per minute and I go for 120 min everyday. End up with about 6.5 miles. Doing it on the treadmill at the gym.
