Hi Shelby, just wanted to say I appreciate how your content focuses on experiences rather than just purchasing or accumulating things. It's such a breath of fresh air not to always be encouraged to buy new clothes or beauty products. Those things also have their time and place and can be fun to watch, but I know with your content I'm usually going to learn something or have something new to think about to implement today or in the future. I’ve been walking 30mins daily for almost 2 months now. I love it! I used to find it so hard to fall asleep and not waking in the night. Now I sleep like a baby. And I look forward to my walk every evening outside after dinner. On the weekends I walk in the morning! It’s lovely!!
I can't even count to 10k! Hahaha. My mom is 62. She has been walking at least 10 miles a week for about 20 years. She is pretty spunky for her age. Lately with these last two years. I have been out of shape and tired af. This is a good video to make as a reminder to take care of your body. :)
I’ve been walking 10,000 steps most days for about a month. I allow myself a minimum of 5, so I probably do two days a week of 5000, and 5 days a week of 10,000 or more (16,000 today), and I am SO productive and so much fitter. @@LindseyDara it kind of just happened gradually as I realised walking hurt less and I loved it. pretty sedentary to 10,000 would be a lot, but I went from sedentary to 10,000 a day by just walking a bit most days, resting if I was tired after a long walk, and then just increasing as I enjoyed it. Walked over 20,000 steps yesterday, many of them up hills, and I'm fine today!
@@LindseyDara Yes! This is awesome progress, well done! You can do it! If you drive, just parking a little bit further away, or walking to places that are a bit closer by really helps too! I used to walk everywhere that took me less than 10 minutes but now I walk everywhere that takes me less than half an hour to walk (sometimes an hour) unless I am late... which happens more than it should! Just little bits of extra walking here and there and changing little things at a time will make a massive difference :)
After seeing Shelby start this challenge in her vlogs its amazing seeing the final product. It really shows how much time and energy goes into her videos
I try to break it down into 3 walks. One in the morning, one in the midday and one late afternoon. It makes the walks more doable on a daily basis, plus it keeps your blood circulating throughout the day, which I find keep my energy levels higher. Add in a couple coffee runs and I usually get pretty close my 10,000 steps.
I watched to see the healthy benefits of walking 10,000 steps. I also watched to see how shelby keeps her white shoes so pristine and white miraculously after walking those 10,000 steps!! She must have a shoe care regimen that she needs to drop soon!
A week! Girl, I've been doing it (and often much more) for over two years now and it's great. Do at least 10,000 daily. You owe it to your present and future health, mood and outlook. I never listen to music while I'm out there either. I want to experience the world as it is. Good job and video.
Absolutely! This is not something you should do for just a week. I assume that since she lives in NYC she is walking a lot more than when she was driving everywhere. But I don't think the time I spend walking is wasted. I've been doing it for longer than a week, less than 2 years. I used to walk a minimum of 30 minutes, but I switched to 10,000+ steps. Obviously it takes longer, but I think it is worth it.
I hate that everyone thinks 10,000 is the “perfect amount” because the real “perfect” amount is more than you’re used to or more than you usually do! Just get better every week!

During covid when I was working from home, I would walk everyday with my dad and easily hit 10k steps. The notable difference in my mood was night and day. Walking is definitely underrated and I even lost some weight.
Have I try this? Yes. One year later still doing it almost everyday. I normally average about 30-60 minutes a day and get in 2.5-5 miles of walking each morning before starting my workday. It’s been great for me as it puts me in a positive mood and generally sets my day off on the right foot.
Yes! We are literally in the process of moving from the burbs to a community that isn't quite a city but is extremely walkable. We both WFH and I can't wait until I can incorporate this more into my daily routine!
I have been walking 10,000 steps or more a day for the last 7 years. I find if you stroll it will take a long time but if you walk for exercise and get cardio in 10,000 steps might take me 1 hour which I get done in the morning. I need to do this for my mood so if I have to wake up 15 to 20 minutes earlier I will. It’s just all around better for sleep energy mood etc. But if you are just trying to fit walking in here and there in your day it could take a long time. Thanks for your video Shelby. Always great content.
I go for 1-1.5 hour walks almost every day and it's honestly so refreshing. I usually listen to music while walking, which is entertaining but doesn't fully allow my brain to decompress and relax. I completely agree, walking without listening to anything really helps your mind clear itself and would be more beneficial for health. Now I'm excited about my walk tomorrow morning lol.
Shelby, all your points mentioned in this video is spot-on! The positives immensely trump the consequence: spending more time walking. I love walking 10ksteps! Got a fitness watch so i can walk w/o my phone and it can track my steps more accurately.
When I work from home and don't get in a walk in the morning, I find myself to be more tired and not so productive right from opening my computer. I go to the office a few days a week and need to walk a bit to get there and it really just sets a better mood for the day, and I feel more energetic so I definitely think there's something to getting a few short walks in every now and then during the day! I really need to make morning walks a habit even when I'm working from home. Great video! ☺️
I just recently checked out that in college I walked on average 7k steps and that was because I didn’t have a car to go to school nor work. I’ve been recently trying to make this journey again and get my steps up because remote work makes that almost impossible. Thanks for doing a video on this! I’m trying to stay motivated 💯
I really enjoyed this video! I have been having a hard time sleeping and have been extremely tired all of the time. I also rarely walk or exercise (partially because I am so tired) and this really motivated me to want to wake up earlier before work to walk. Thank you!
Great place to walk. Our daughter lives in that neighborhood, we do a lot of walking when we visit her. We walk from second street to the pier and back almost every day, and I have to tell you as a 64 year old guy I feel energized. Especially if we stop at the Promenade for drinks 😋🤣
Started walking in the mornings before work and it has helped me a lot with my anxiety while working every day and it is great for work at home people because you don’t get that commute time this can simulate it . Great video
I love your videos, Shelby! Walking in LA is a weird thing... I always felt so alone doing it- like it was me and 5,000 cars. Even in Venice- I lived in Marina del Rey and would walk to Abbot Kinney for coffee and I always felt like I was the only one out there. But I did feel WAY more energized when I'd get back to my place from the walk!
Yes.. but [Tons] of people walk on the Beach Boardwalks in Santa Monica, Venice, Marina Del Rey, LAX, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, and Redondo Beach. So.. it not like the 80s song "Nobody walks in L.A." 😎
@@larrydaniels6532 Interesting... Why do they walk more now? I used to live in Fort Lauderdale back in 2008 and I am French so I love walking and I am used to walk everywhere. So when I was there I used to walk but I was always the only one walking on the sidewalk. I used to tell my family that I did not even understand why there were sidewalks.
@@heredianna2496 It has been a delightful transformation. The pandemic placed so many restrictions on the activities that people were allowed to do that many were drawn to one off the very few outdoor activities not restricted, that of exercising. I'm sure most found great benefit in getting back into shape as well as the other associated plusses being active can provide. I'll bet your old walking route in Fort Lauderdale has seen a dramatic uptick in usage by the locals as well and I think that's great.
I was barely walking 1800 steps in a whole day. Then about 3 weeks ago I tried to 10k steps per day. Some days I felt short but most days I I did achieve it and felt much better. I now look forward to my walks.
The 10k steps a day comes from an 80's watch company based in Japan. The reason why 10k was chosen because it looked good on a digital watch so it's all marketing. No need to do 10k steps. 4k to 6k is plenty. Many studies on this.
I always do 10k steps on my days off! My mood is AMAZING even if it’s just the same trail every time. I do more brisk walking so it’s higher intensity to get my heart rate up and I reach my step goal faster.
Hey Shelby! Awesome video. As always. Your content is always on point. Especially making it with broad perspective and very down to earth, obtainable goals for life most of us live. Congratulations on your success and the new Joshua Tree property/project.💜 Wish you continued success and happiness!
Used to live on 11th and Wilshire and did an almost daily run to the beach and back. I'm seeing all the visuals I used to see on my runs, in your video. Love SM.
I feel like the food in Europe is much better quality too. I was I. Europe for six weeks and thought I’d gain weight but Between that and the walking I didn’t.
Same thing happened to me when I was living in the Blue Mountains in Jamaica. I was eating so much high calorie food, but I was walking/hiking everywhere and I ended up dropping 20 pounds. Part of it is definitely the quality of food though. I think most countries have more strict food regulations than Canada/America.
Hey Shelby! Love this video on walking and how underrated it is. I walk at least two miles a day and I've switched from using the riding lawn mower to the walking lawnmower on an acre lot to get more steps in weekly. Also, I found that walking puts you in an Alpha state and during this time I listen to Evan Carmichael and Lewis Hughes podcasts, which are 1 to 3 hours long. If you are familiar with them, they have great teachers and leaders sharing great content on self improvement.
Love this!! I would love to see more content like this when you have time. Maybe like benefits of juices cleanse or fasting as well. You are just so great at research and results afterwards!
Walk anywhere that you can, park as far away as possible, spend time outside. Since starting WFH in 2020 I started getting around 15k a day vs the maybe 6000 I would get stuck in the office and I feel so much better
Just started walking 10k after buying a fitbit. It’s been very encouraging 😂 it also made me realise just how many steps the phone doesn’t pick up. Yesterday my phone said I walked 3k while my fitbit picked up 11k
I miss living in NYC so much for this reason. I checked my health app recently and saw in 2019 I was getting 16 thousand step days and it felt so normal and easy to walk so much! Then COVID happened and now living in FL in a car area I really have to go out of my way to get in steps. It feels like work to get 10 thousand when that was just normal for life in NYC!
running/jogging will easily cut the time by half or more. I prefer running for 20min as my first thing in the mornings. I usually get 3~3.5 miles in, and then on top of that, my normal walking around the house throughout the day (2.5-3k steps?) gets me over the 10k pretty easily.
Despite that you don’t see many people running/jogging outside, majority are walking. Walking is a lot less stressful on the body although it does take more time
I walk every day over 10,000 steps. I agree with you. You sleep better and more relaxed. I started walking on June 6,2022 my weight was 145 and January 3,2023 my weight is 122. I lower blood pressure and cholesterol. I am so proud of myself. Good luck to you on walks. Be safe and careful. 👏🏼🙂👍
I love walking 10k steps! Been doing it for a while now. I burn 250-300 calories for an hour and half walk. I feel super sluggish and lethargic if I don't do it in a day. I also tried doing without music or headphones and it forces mindfulness and being aware of your surroundings. Glad I'm also a walkable distance to the office, so i do not have the extra commute.
This was such a great video! It really encouraged me to walk more. It also made me realize how little steps I get in each day. Personally when I was working at Sephora a couple of years ago I was walking back-and-forth all day restocking, color matching, at the cashier, getting perfume samples, etc, that I actually went through a major weight loss very naturally and I didn’t realize it until now post pandemic after gaining 50 pounds due to working from home and being a full-time student from home. Crazy!
The 6 mile Boardwalk stretch between Manhattan Beach and Redondo Beach is fantastic for long walks. You got some Beautiful Scenery in this video.. and it captures why people dream of living in Southern California.
I'm a real estate agent in London and walk to and from work everyday, as well as walking around for viewings, so i totally get the hype of walking! I average like 18k a day and sleep VERY well! I loved this video. Like Adjoa AA, I really really appreciate you giving us content that isn't just buying things.
i just started getting in 10000 steps up from 7000. pasadena is very walkable and i love being able to explore different neighborhoods or go to the rose bowl area and walk on the trails!
My car broke down so I've been walking much more. I used to walk and was in decent shape. But, being car-less, it totally addressed problems (weight) I had ignored. Finding new things was always a plus. Walking through old neighborhoods and seeing the architecture of the houses is one thing I enjoyed the most when I was in Chicago.
I always feel better when I get at least 7k steps in per day! It's hard when you're not in as walkable of an area, but another tip I love is to go to the gym even on rest days just to do a 30-60 minute treadmill walk.
Just my two cents: I find it always so interesting, North american city planning is soo counterproductive to its goals. If you notice the most desirable neighborhoods in any city in north america. its very common those areas will have a high level of walkability to local resturants, grocery store and decent public transit. Its something I think a lot of cities are learning/implementing that cars are actually not always the best way of transport. Walking/biking when conveniant/safe infrastructure is implemented can really help local stores bottom line as well in a neighborhood.
Yes! I do 10,000 steps a day, well maybe not on weekends.😉 I got a Fitbit for Christmas and it has changed my life. I have always walked alot but needed an organized way of doing it. I like how Fiitbit reminds you every hour that you need to move your butt!😄 I did it more for my mental health (my beloved dogs Ziggy and Cricket) died last year so Daisy (my pom) and I walked and walked until grief somewhat subsided but have continued with it. I like the Fitbit because it tracks it all and it records every step you take rather than having to carry a cell phone which only records when you carry it. Yay for being in the 10,000 steps club. *Hugs* Great vlog by the way!
Casey Neistat got me into running and only then did I realize in general how simple the idea of walking/running/cardio is! You get so much in return for a simple 20-60mins of your day depending on your level! I’m able to run 5 miles daily, and at this point it’s like walking to me and I always am very healthy! I’m jealous of people on Strava doing 15miles in a day! My feet start burning after 10miles!
Tip for anyone. When she says walking helps set your circadian rhythm and she's shown in a shot wearing sunglasses. If you really want to set your circadian rhythm, don't wear sunglasses, wear a hat to keep direct sun from blinding you but wearing sunglasses blocks the full spectrum of light from hitting your eyes can actually disturb your circadian rhythm. I've quit sunglasses and switched to hats and I sleep so much better. Sunglasses trick your brain/body into thinking it's perpetual dusk. Sunglasses are great when you have to drive and you need to see clearly and could be looking at bright sun so they definitely have their uses. But when you're on just a walk or hike where you can protect yourself with a hat, try switching and seeing how much better you sleep.
I walk 17000 steps per day. It takes hours. I knock out 5000 on my Tread, then I do a 4.5 mile hilly walk outside wearing a 20 pound vest. This has helped me get back to my 32 year old weight. I am 58 now. All I will say now is that it does take a lot of time. Spouse says, “You exercise like it’s your job.” I guess it really is.
I lived in the same neighborhood where your Airbnb is for 4.5 years (Lincoln & Idaho) and I didn't even have a car! Under 2 miles, I walked... 2+ miles, I biked! I still live on the west side, but I miss the location of that neighborhood so much and how walkable it is.
I really miss going to Santa Monica State Beach and walking the beach walk in the mornings. I don't live in West LA anymore, but the walking was a part of my day and it was amazing.
definitely important to do the 10k steps a day in parts. I have been doing it for nearly 90 days and its challengibg when I cant get the steps in early enough because i didnt walk in the morning, and sometimes ive had to roam around the house late at night just to get steps in. If you have stairs you can vary it a bit and include stairs in your house to raise the heartrate, ive done that on occasions. i am thinking of getting a walking pad, at the moment i still walk outside in sometimes very rainy conditions lol and get soaked. But i dont want to encourage myself to stay indoors for too long, i have a tendency towards hibernating as i find it hard to be around too many people and that is not good for mental health if you hibernate too often... Ive found myself sometimes staying at home for several days, especially while working from home for the last few years when we couldnt work in the office, before venturing out, and that is just not healthy or normal. So i dont want the walking pad to become an excuse to stay at home. For me walking isnt about exercise in the same way, i do it because i want to encourage my body to stay active and encourage the cells to keep metabolising. I do aim to work out at the gym 4-5 days a week but i dont use it as an excuse to skip the 10k a day
Excellent video! Although it's not new info to me, I really appreciated it. It was nice to hear a young person share personal results about one of my favorite passtimes. (Ps- I love your channel!!! 😃)
A few years ago, I did this for about three months. At the time, I was overweight. After four months, I had lost a significant amount of weight. In my perspective, it's an excellent workout. An inactive person, according to one source, walks less than 5,000 steps each day. I walk roughly 7000 steps every day in the summer. People, in my opinion, were designed to be walking machines, so get out and walk, and supplement it with something else, such as weights.
Walking 10,000 steps/day is great. Adding your walks after your meals also has huge benefits. Short walk sessions are good, 10 minutes at the time; you will reach 10,000 easily.
I've been walking 10k-16k steps a day for the last several weeks. I attempt to keep a brisk pace (3.6-4mph), I walk in the am during my fasting windows, and take this time to listen to audio books like "Rich Dad Poor Dad", "Market Traders", "One Good Trade", and/or other market analysis videos before opening. I've lost 18lbs, become more financially wise, increased my day trade portfolio over 2300%, and sleep so much better at night.
I was blessed with a job near the Promenade in Brooklyn Heights, NY and started every workday (no matter the weather!) with a wonderful walk there. Great views and the regulars would look out for each other. Crappy job, great neighborhood made it tolerable!
Yes Shelby, walking is the best exercise for the human body. I've done an impressive amount of aerobic exercise throughout my life, cycling, skating, cross-country skiing, swimming, you name it. As bipedal primates we were made to walk this Earth, it is the exercise that fits us best and has the least risk of injury. But, Shelby, don't carry a phone or cup, in your hands at least. The hands are an integral part of getting the most from walking, they should be a vigorous counter balance to the motion of the legs. Windmilling with straight arms is the key ( the arms determine the rate and length of your stride). Many people that are new to serious aerobic activity will immediately notice the increase in effort when combining arm and leg movement, it's why cross-country skiers are the best conditioned athletes in the world. If burning calories is a goal then swing those arms vigorously, conversely, race-walkers tend to have bent elbows and keep their forearms parallel to the ground, they are going for efficiency, they don't want the additional aerobic demand in a race that raising hands vertically places on the heart and lungs. The average stride of someone 6 ft. would about 3 ft. It's easy to measure your STRIDE (steps are usually a vertical measure) find a line on a sidewalk, put your toe on the line and count off ten strides, measure the distance and divide by 10. Most of us can maintain a 4 mile per hour pace, there are 1760 yards(3 feet), an approximate stride length for many in a mile. If one covers 4 miles (just over 7,000 yards) in one hour (3600 seconds) you are doing 1.95 strides a second. I could maintain this speed on a 4 mile walk that had a gradual 1 mile hill that was both ascended and descended. A really fun fact that many will find out is, when you descend you will use stabilization muscles in your lower legs that will be on fire for a few days two or three days after you descend for the first time. So most people will have more than 8,000 strides in an hour, 5 miles is typically 10,000 strides. It is easy to get the exact mileage of a particular route that you have, get a bike with an accurate distance computer and done deal! Chart your mileage, it's far easier and a more valid method of comparison and keep those arms swinging!
I think with this pace is quite important. I try to go as fast as comfortable so I'm done in 1.5hrs or less most days. I live in a hilly city and it doesn't always seem to take into consideration I'm puffing my way uphill! I also heard the phone isn't as good as a watch for step-counting, as it tends to miss more steps, but I don't know if this is true.
I don't know how many steps I walk per day but owning two dogs that require daily walking makes for great motivation! Entertaining video! I'm still a mouth-breathing sexist prick who checks out your videos to see your shapely figure! You didn't disappoint! Keep it up! live long and prosper! Yes, I am that kind of a nerd!
I cannot over emphasize the importance of being an experienced trader to make good returns off the crypto space, else you'd join the group that call it a gamble. Those that understand the market trends always seem to be a step ahead and apply adequate measures to stay secure no matter the situation.
quick update: This is day 2 of week 4 and I have to change to jumping 1200 skipping rope today due to the bad weather. My old weight is 210 pounds and now Im 187,2 pounds. Here's my routine: For the first week, I walked around 8000 steps to 10000 steps per day. Week 2, I walked 12000 to 135000 steps per day. Week 3, I wanted to challenge myself, so I took 17000 to 18000 steps per day for the whole week. And I lost almost 23 pounds. Before walking, I usually jumped 100 to 150 skipping ropes and I did it on purpose constantly in 21 days non-stop. I also put myself on diet, stop consume processed food + follow 1000-1200 calories take-in in a day. I know it's a little bit intense but I did it, I will go on with this lifestyle for the rest of my life in order to be healthier 😍
Pros of my teaching job: I will live longer because I walk more than 10 000 steps at work every day Cons of my teaching job: I will live shorter because of the stress from constantly walking and never sitting down to relax 😂💪🏼

I walked almost every day during the summer of 2020. This was so refreshing. I unfortunately fell out of it but I'm going to start again soon.
I was gonna spend a few more minutes watching RUclips but Shelby got me in the mood for walking , like right now .
No joke, just the intro made me stand up and take a walk around my neighborhood! Thank you! Also overall great video, I am going to try this!
Started walking in the mornings before work and it has helped me a lot with my anxiety while working every day and it is great for work at home people because you don’t get that commute time this can simulate it . Great video
Uptown Dallas is a great walkable place, so is Tokyo plus Tokyo is completely safe day or night!
Right, walking in LA is so weird because you feel like the streets are meant for cars not people! At least the weather is always nice though haha
Yes.. but [Tons] of people walk on the Beach Boardwalks in Santa Monica, Venice, Marina Del Rey, LAX, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, and Redondo Beach. So.. it not like the 80s song "Nobody walks in L.A." 😎
@@ShelbyChurch In S. FL. the pandemic changed everything, so many more folks are out walking and biking!!!
Great video as always! Thanks for walking 10,000 steps every day for us :)
I find about 5k is great for more energy during the day, but 10k makes me sleep better!
Actually (just like Shelby stated in the video), the research shows that 7k is the point where we see the trend of chronic disease really go down.
I always do 10k steps on my days off! My mood is AMAZING even if it’s just the same trail every time. I do more brisk walking so it’s higher intensity to get my heart rate up and I reach my step goal faster.
I enjoyed your vlogs when you were making this video, and it’s cool to see the final cut! Appreciate all the useful content.
Thanks for sharing the importance of walking in this busy world. Will be very helpful for many. Great job. Greetings from India.
Love SM.
I walk almost everyday at least 30 minutes and like you Shelby I have so much energy!
Living in Rome, I hit 10k steps without thinking about it.. I've even lost over 30 pounds and still indulge in pizza and pasta 😅 walking is great
I feel like the food in Europe is much better quality too.
Also, I found that walking puts you in an Alpha state and during this time I listen to Evan Carmichael
and Lewis Hughes podcasts, which are 1 to 3 hours long. If you are familiar with them, they have great teachers and leaders sharing great content on self improvement.
the vlogs have had me waiting on this video for weeks! such a cool idea.
Shelby is right! I actually have been walking 10,000 steps per day for quite a long time and my mood is fantastic. Great video as always!
Love this!! I would love to see more content like this when you have time. Maybe like benefits of juices cleanse or fasting as well. You are just so great at research and results afterwards!
Do a part 2 - I sprinted full speed everywhere.
10,000 steps a day was my New Years resolution - I’ve done 118 consecutive days and now it’s just habit 💪🏼
What a huge difference !!!! How !!!
This!! Running 5 miles gets me 10k easily
Me too
Love the encouragement to move!
I did about 12.,000 steps a day for a couple weeks, split morning and evening and it drastically increased my energy 💯
Walking is better without headphones. Running/jogging is better with headphones
I’m surprised you didn’t go on any hikes. That’s the best way to get 10k steps in IMO
I live in NYC and I walk 10k steps+ a day easily just going throughout my day.
I’m jealous!! It’s so much easier to hit 10k there just going about your normal day!
Meanwhile there is me a Norwegian who is walking 12’000 steps daily (according to Apple watch) without even knowing or trying to achive something🤣
So happy to see this upload frequency!
I walked roughly 10,000 steps a day, almost every single day in the year 2021, and I lost a total of 60lbs. Mixed with a clean diet.
I always feel better when I get at least 7k steps in per day! It's hard when you're not in as walkable of an area, but another tip I love is to go to the gym even on rest days just to do a 30-60 minute treadmill walk.
Love this video! Thanks so much Shelby! 💛
My condolences to your beloved dogs I lost my terrier as well great job on your steps. 💕
The thought of walking being underrated crossed my mind half a second before you stated it!
This came out so goood!! After our shoot I actually started walking more and more everyday! Slowly getting to 10K steps per day!
Thanks for the video! I'm gonna start this early morning tomorrow and let you know how it goes.
I did this for 4 months, living in nyc… and at the end while it was empowering, I was killing myself trying to reach this goal.
I have been walking now for 17 days an average of 10,000 plus steps per day. I need to lose 93 pounds. Let’s see ! I feel great already
I love walking because it gives me a chance to clear my mind ✨
I do aim to work out at the gym 4-5 days a week but i dont use it as an excuse to skip the 10k a day
Fantastic video
Excellent video! Although it's not new info to me, I really appreciated it. It was nice to hear a young person share personal results about one of my favorite passtimes. (Ps- I love your channel!!! 😃)
Walking is great, the wife and i walk a lot during the week ( we have a 4 year old beagle) and ride mountain bikes on the weekend. Thanks for sharing
Great video! Thank you🙏🏻
A few years ago, I did this for about three months.
Great video Shelby, very informative and entertaining. More lifestyle videos if you enjoy making them.
I’m inspired to do an extra long walk this morning with Mia! Thank you 😊
I’ve been waiting for this
I was blessed with a job near the Promenade in Brooklyn Heights, NY and started every workday (no matter the weather!) with a wonderful walk there.
It helps with all you said and i think it helps your posture💜
I cannot over emphasize the importance of being an experienced trader to make good returns off the crypto space, else you'd join the group that call it a gamble.
Those that understand the market trends always seem to be a step ahead and apply adequate measures to stay secure no matter the situation.
There are way too many information out there, its hard to know which to get into that will be suitable for you.
Would appreciate any assistance to get started.
Thank you.

As soon as i get to the city area..i start walking it's a good thing🚶♀️🌴
quick update: This is day 2 of week 4 and I have to change to jumping 1200 skipping rope today due to the bad weather. I know it's a little bit intense but I did it, I will go on with this lifestyle for the rest of my life in order to be healthier 😍
controlling what you eat in a day is the key of weight-loss.
Will be following this
Pros of my teaching job: I will live longer because I walk more than 10 000 steps at work every day
Cons of my teaching job: I will live shorter because of the stress from constantly walking and never sitting down to relax 😂💪🏼
From one teacher to another…I totally can relate. Thanks for the laugh. I so needed it!
This video was so interesting and entertaining to watch. I'd like to see some more Tesla videos too, you haven't made one in a while🙃
