@Trans-United Specialized Hauling I seriously doubt you would even look at me because my truck is so old, plus I'm at 100% self dispatch, and deal with my own customers on a regular basis... I won't fit your business model, on top of that why would I even discuss leaving where I'm at, when I've got it so good... My policys for putting a driver in one of my trucks is a minimumof 5 years Flatbed/Open Deck with 1,000,000 miles of solo driving under his/her belt, ad able to shift twin stick trucks as all I have are 425 Cat's with 6&4 boxes on a minimum of a 290" wheelbase...
