Absolutely the explanation i was looking for. I'd give you a hug if i could. . . will soon be testing for my permit. Getting all the info i need ahead of time even if it's not needed during tests. Thank you good sir. . .
thank you so much for details i'm new to trucking riding with a mentor I need to know all I can . I couldn't find a better one on you tube to explain this thanks again
So far the best one of all bs videos drivers trying to show off instead of explaining the axle adjs weight's. Of course not perfect but with editing before posting would workout HD. Good luck buddy and thank you 🙏🏽
Thank you thank you thank you The holes (my opinion) is the best way to know where your trailer is at? I don’t know marketing so I’m very new at this and your video was the best when I came across because I can count the holes to know exactly where my tandems should be. Thank you thank you thank you❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I meant not perfect, cause for instance when he referred DOT he needs to go and link sources of info. Also, the type of axles vehicle he mentioned (the one in the video is 5 axles), etc. My rating of this video is very good. Thank you again.
Majority of the time you trailer axles always gonna be over weight vs the drives that’s why when I get a load I always put the pin in the 10th hole til I get into weight station we all kno if u goin to Cali that pin gotta be on that 6th hole
Great question! I personally have never ran into this situation. But, I know certain western states are very strict on this practice. The best I believe you can do is make sure the shipper loads you correctly for the maximum weight allowable. The best course of action is to speak with a certified DOT officer.
Thank you but I still dislike doing it.. sunshine, rain, sleet, snow, dirt😢...Great rule of thumb for 30k + weight distribution put my pin the 8th hole.
Excellent explanation ! Thank you!
Best explanation I’ve found on RUclips by far!!!
Thanks!!!

What happens when bridge law prevents you moving tandems back?
