    Hi there, I'm Winter and I'm excited to take you on a calorie-burning journey with my 30-minute jump rope workout.
    Imagine standing in the middle of a beautiful, sun-soaked park, surrounded by nature's calming embrace. You can feel the cool breeze on your skin and hear the birds singing their sweet melodies. As you start jumping rope, you feel the stress of the day melting away as your body begins to move to the rhythm of the rope.
    Jump rope is one of my favorite exercises because it's both fun and incredibly effective. Not only does it burn a ton of calories, but it also strengthens your heart, lungs, and muscles. Plus, it's a great way to improve your coordination, balance, and agility.
    In this 30-minute workout, we'll be incorporating a variety of jump rope techniques to keep your body challenged and your mind engaged. We'll keep things interesting and dynamic to keep you motivated and energized throughout the entire workout.
    And the best part? Jump rope is a low-impact exercise, which means it's easy on your joints and perfect for all fitness levels. So whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, this workout is designed to help you achieve your fitness goals and get the most out of your jump rope workout.

    YES, my highlight of my weekend! Winter, thank you SO much for making this. The short 10-second breaks are SERIOUSLY amazing. I did a calorie count comparison between the 15 seconds break and 10 seconds one and with the 10 seconds, I burned a whole extra 51 calories. How crazy is that, hey!?! I am definitely going to be trying this tomorrow, I cannot WAIT. I need your channel for my well-being, both mental and physical. Your workouts are literally one of the best parts of my day, thank you so much!

    Guys, the 10 sec break coupled with the 30 second interval is seriously AMAZING. Here's what I found today: I only did 3 rounds of this one because my warm up is usually either Darin's 20 min one or a shorter cross-running one... but in the 3 rounds, I burned basically the SAME amount of calories I usually do in 5 rounds!!! was honestly quite shocked, to be honest (pleasantly, of course ;) ); like I knew I was going harder but I didn't think that the incremental calorie burn would be THAT much! I guess there are a couple of reasons for this: shorter break means that your heart rate is still elevated which is KEY to burning the carbs and sugar in your body (therefore, more calorie burn and the more carbs and sugar burned, the more room for fat loss) and the other, psychologically, you KNOW that your workout will be over soon so you just push that much harder. I have been conducting an experiment since August... I burn way more calories and go FAR harder in a 10 second break than waiting 15 or 20 seconds. This workout is seriously invigorating!
    Winter, seriously, serious shout out to you, my beautiful! Your videos are getting better and better every week, and I absolutely LOVE the variation in music that you use. It keeps my brain from getting bored and like my Mama always says, the first 10 minutes and the last 5 minutes of a workout are THE hardest. I couldn't agree with her more; why is why, thanks to the variation in music you employ in your videos, I am able to keep myself going and not give up. Your videos are a game-changer, Winter. I am incredibly grateful!

    How much does this exercise burn ?
    My weight :71 kg
    My high : 158 cm
    I do intermittent fasting 16 hours a day and also follow a 1400 calorie diet

      Can I suggest that you find a fitness calorie counter online or if you have access to an Apple Watch this will help you to get an accurate reading rather than using my stats. Happy Training 💦

    Great follow-along workouts! You are like a machine, no trip-ups, you don't seem to get tired...would really like to see some tutorials on the more difficult tricks, like single side-swipe crossovers, EBs, etc.

    The music is also really cool for this one! Last week's one was very pleasant, light-hearted, almost like frolicking happily in a meadow (haha)! while this one is more badass, more "let's get down to business, people!" vibe to it. That said, they are BOTH equally good. and I am really happy you employ different types of music each time, Winter!
    I love the variations in the music and the outfits you use as well. The human brain after all loves variety ;) I swear, if I didn't know any better, I would think you were a professional sports psychologist, Winter, because based on the style of your videos alone, you seem to understand the science behind WHAT makes people WANT to move their bodies in the modern convenient world of today where we have to FORCE ourselves to exercise. But your videos, Winter, actually MOTIVATE me to exercise. And that's a gift :) Thank you so much, we love you!

    Why does the side straddle always give me problems? My rope always manages to hit my foot when I step apart...no problem with boxer step or basic bounce step.

      Are your hands moving away from your hips when you are jumping? Take a video, hands need to stay at your hips the whole time. Enjoy!

      You will! These workouts are seriously amazing. I am already Alhamdullillah losing my bra bulge and back fat is something I ALWAYS struggled with in the past. Make sure to pay attention to your food as well so that you do not undo your hard work 😜
