Recently, I had tennis elbow while playing badminton and now I know the reason! Trust me, using the right movements of the elbow will not only increase the power in the game but also reduce the chances of getting tennis elbow. Thank you for the video.

Coach, I've been practising over Grip, Forearm rotation, and saw this video now to use the elbow properly. Thank you so much. I would like to know that have you discovered all these techniques by yourself or how did you came up with all these refinements? Just excited to know.

Very good for the any sort player to improve their game level.
All your tutorials gives more confident level for the player that makes them playing and learning professional.
It enhances their interest in badminton.
If the player lacking in some shots he suddenly watch your tutorial for that particular shot and improving it to improvise in the game then becoming more improved.
    Keep doing this good job.

I found your videos today, and think they're some of the best. Would you say that one of the benefits of using the elbow in both forehand and backhand, is that it causes the head of the racquet to be "wound up" and thus cause a greater "spring" effect when the power is transferred?
