Great vid! My suggestion would be to first show the correct movement so we know what it is. Then show what's wrong after, so we know the mistakes to avoid. Showing correct first, mistakes after means we first have the correct movements in our head. Then seeing the mistakes after will reinforce our mental image of what the correct movement is. Cheers!

this is a good tutorial. it would have been helpful if you showed recovery from the lunge, as this usually does involve sliding the toe from the back toward the dominant leg until your weight is shifted back just enough that you can easily push off of the dominant leg. timing and nuance is critical here and maybe worth showing

I am a singles player. I am an intermediate level player and have good
footwork. I love attacking in singles, so I am looking for an attacking
racket which is not only for attacking but also can be used for drives
and defense. I have heard that the Astrox 77 is the best racket for my
category which is not too expensive and performs well

How about if the opponent hits a sharp drop shot near the forehand side of the net, and the shuffle step can't produce enough distance. We need to move our non-dominant foot across our dominant foot instead of the shuffle move, then lunge?
