I was there. This bird is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen in my life. I've got tears in my eyes as I first saw through my binoculars an albatross flying over the water.
Source: pls bro trust me
Yeah it’s like a baby taking it’s first steps
Nothing sweeter than a young bird getting ready to fly.
I want a baby albatross shaped pillow. They look so fluffy and comfortable to hug XD

Thank you for sharing this video with us euronews. It was very uplifting to watch this and share in the joy of watching this amazing bird learn to fly. Fly free and fly forever high little one.
"Uplifting"!
Once the baby chic was much bigger it was left alone more. These birds seem very gentle by the csms I've been binging this week. Great job guys.

My favourite bird species, though to be honest, I have to give equal respect to the Emperor Penguin.
I lived on midway island almost 4 yrs. My dad a naval officer stationed here. I was a kid and remember everything but did not understand the war seeing the rusty wreckage of aircraft's scattered across the shoreline from the end of the airstrip to my dads naval base. I still don't understand the word. The point or rusty bucket. I attended school at george cannon. Also there was 1200 or less servicemen and their families. Single men live in barracks. Every morning early I can riverly and night I hear taps
also me

Hi I lived on midway 4 years in 1970. My dad stationed here from the navy. I attended school at george cannon. My dad takes care of fairy terms that fallen off trees. I have to take turns with my siblings to help my dad catch minnows. We had over 300 birds to feed everyday. We are the only family to do this but we have help from neighbors and my dad naval workers
Love albatross

"Hey MA!!"
Il est trop mimi
The adults have huge wingspan, I always wonder how their huge wings fold very neatly into the body.
These things are litterally seagulls since their called "albatross" referencing albatross island from lego city undercover
While watching this video i rememberd Erkenci kuş( early bird) a turkish series👌😚😍
Hi I live on midway in 1970 as a child. My dad a naval officer. I attended school thru 4th grade at george cannon school. Once every year we had mandatory.Tidal wave drill. There was less than 1000 servicemen and their families. The single guys live in barracks
@@jackwest4906 wow great...!!!😉
Hi. When I lived on midway my dad would take of baby fairy terns that accidently fall off their nest. He would feed them minnows. We would have over 100 terns. Me and my sister and brother take turns with my dad catching minnows. When the terns get into adult stage they would fly away but sometimes come back for a visit and a free meal
Had you ever seen the movie battle of midway

This Northern Royal Albatross is from a colony on New Zealand mainland. There are much larger colonies of this species on NZ’s Chatham Islands.

Shouldn't the men wear gloves when handling the young albatross?
Yeeaayyy
i came here after watching BNA the anime
Yeet
Amazing, how many beautiful things Allah has created. Subhan Allah.
Aren't they extinct as of now?
You're really traumatising the young chick with so many "checks"... is all that really necessary?? i don't think so.
wrap it up bois, a youtube commenter has weighed in. I knew all those lifelong biologists with multiple Ph.D.s and decades of field experience among them didn't really know what they were doing.
Well I dunno. I was brought up to believe you should never ever handle wild birds. And above all you should never hold them by the body or touch their wings.
Sure it'd taste just as good as chicken, if mass farmed! ;-). Now now don't get offended hypocrites.
