Today is July 28th of 2020 which is the 20th anniversary of Kathie Lee's last episode of _"Live With Regis and Kathie Lee"._ Little did we know that 20 years later 4 days ago was Regis Philbin's last day on Earth. Rest in peace Reg, you were (and still are) the greatest television and game show host of all time. You will never be forgotten, you may be physically gone but your legacy will last forever.

He did the same to Hoda while she was in a relationship with her current boyfriend. 2) Kathie Lee Gifford made out with Matt Lauer in April of 2015, months before Frank's death in August of 2015. 3) Kathie Lee also passionately kissed Jimmy Fallon back in 2011, when Frank was still alive and healthy. The worst part was that Jimmy was *twenty-one* years her junior. If football players are so alpha, then why did Frank allow his wife, Kathie, to make out with a man young enough to be her son? Not sure how you can miss people with such morally depraved lifestyles, but hey, to each, their own.

The only person you mentioned who was seriously guilty of any sexual offense is Matt Lauer, for which he lost his employment by NBC-Universal and possibly still faces criminal charges. And also, Frank Gifford WAS NOT healthy in 2011, by that time suffered from dementia, the cumulative effects of repeated, concussive blows to his head during his professional football career with The New York Giants (1952-64), which resulted in Gifford having chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE) by that point in his later life. Gifford was 81 years old in 2011, and died four years later, in 2015.
I was in New York when it was Kathie Lee’s last show. My relatives whom I stayed with have passed now, it’s kinda sad watching this remembering them both.

As to why she left, well in the early shows it was fun to see how they teased each other a lot. And did you notice the clip from 1985? the 2 chairs are very close together, but now in 2011 they sit some distance apart.

I used to like her but then it seemed she started acting very unprofessional, talking about her private life on the air. And I could not stand her talking about her kids, Howard Stern said he never talks about his kids, he doesn't want his kids getting attention just because their father is in show business. I think Howard is right about that.
as a stay at home mom ,,,I loved her stories of her kids and its the main reason to tune in..to listen to host chat...regis about his family and hers about hers...
That IS one reason she left, the kids didn't like her talking about them so much. Good in hindsight that she got to spend more time with her husband before he took ill.
