I had a problem at weekend with mine going full auto and similar issue with hammer. Annoyingly is fine when I test it but then not when it comes to playing.
The 5ku frame came with two springs do you use both?
I don’t, I moved the stock spring over. Change as little as you can, makes it easier to diagnose. Try a little pressure more on the disconnector, make sure it’s lubed and not catching. When you fix hammer (again slight more pressure on sear helped me) I got FA and then it kind of bedded itself in. Keep going at it, they’re a faff but that’s why they’re £60 not £180. Worth it once you nail it 👍
Got one 2day and when I try to build it ,just find that the sear is missing,any chance that I could use airsoft masterpiece one? Or anyone know where I could buy one as 18airsoft not replaying to my msg.

what is the brand of Costa slide and is that worked well when compared to the others brands in the same price!
Costa slide is a GSB one (effectively same as AM and edge). It’s been epic, costs more than guarder or 5KU but well worth it.
