You cannot spawn with 6 mutations. Tested today. Either it's bugged, not implemented, or isn't as simple as 3rd gen inheritance. Once the child even had only two mutations.
Think you could make a video for how effective certain mutations are, like a comparison video for with and without. For example, I chose the louder footsteps option as a herbivore, although, im not sure it was a worthwhile choice, since a lot of things still seemed really quiet when approaching. 🤔
I think a cool mutation for herbivores would be a opportunistic omnivore mutation to were if you are under half hunger you could eat meat until your hunger is full again

Do mutations stack up. For example if I choose "inflict more damage to a bleeding victim" for the 3 main mutations would that make it 3x the damage then? I've people falling me it does work and others that it doesn't work.
@@elpoderosaso you can't choose the same mutation, the game cancels it for you. You can, though, inherit 2 same mutations but they don't stack, it's false, tested it by myself, will release a video later.
i have a question about "Accelerated Prey Drive" is that for player dino's or AI animals such as deer, boar, goat ect???? also "Hypermetabolic Inanition" is badly worded, should be "less food you have" or "more hunger you have", stating less hunger you have, is saying your nearly full of food.

Can You unlock those also on Slot 3? When I'm 100% and 3rd mutation is not chosen, can I still get Augmented Tapetum for example? Or does it need Slot 2?..
you can work on the 3rd slot but we are experiencing a bug that doesn't show you the secret mutations when you're full grown. Be careful with that, I don't know if it happens everytime!
In my game, all water pulses white every second or so. Anyone know what graphic settings to fix this? I have to kind of run on low because I use a laptop.
I'll make a specific guide for those type of mutation, but to answer your... stick with a good or perfect diet long enough and it will appear near 80% growth

I really like the new Mutation system, it brings a lot of replayability to the game!
It's my understanding that if you're nested in by two 2nd generation dinosaurs you can recieve up to 6 bonus mutations and end up with a total of 9.

Im pretty sure you can spawn with 6 mutations if your parents were nested in as well. 3rd gen inheritance

About the secret jumping mutation. Does it also reduces stamina cost for Ptera taking flight, since it also uses the space bar?
I tested it some time ago and I'm 90% sure it does reduce it!

i got a hidden mutation on my herrera the other day, do up to 15% more damage based on how full i was
it's not hidden, it's exclusive to second slot for all carnivores

in theory it should work on AI, but we never know for sure, the game is full of surprises.

I've heard tell you can get nine mutations by being nested in by two parents who were themselves nested!

@@KougaArt I tried that, both parents were 2nd gen. You can get 3 max inherited mutation and 3 max mutations that you need to choose. For now
