Pouncing anything bigger than you is extremely dangerous right now. More often than not it will throw you off instantly - as in before you can even hit space to jump off yourself - and will drop you inside your target, who can then just end your existance, especially tenos, dibbles and ceras.
I know teno bleed is broken right now. Tested it, had two omnis do RMB pounces on the teno until their stamina was completely out, and the bleed was only at 80%. Bucking takes a good 5 seconds to work, or just doesn't work at all. I really hope after the next Dino update they just spend a bunch of time on bug fixes ONLY, no new mechanics or shit.
@@silvrr2 you can even set it up as a one click, no need to hold alt for example, I have it set up on my extra mouse button. So I just hit it once and it does a alt bite. Happy hunting :)
So let me get this straight, when a dino pushes you off by running against something like a tree it doesn’t knock the Omni over like before and leave them vulnerable? That doesn’t make a sense at all.
@@africananimalogist4190 a Belgian Maligator weighs nothing and takes down full grown men as police dogs. Omni needs buffed and buffed again lol making sense…
@@TenaciousTommcomparing belgian malinois taking down full grown men is entirely different that comparing Omni raptors to taking down prey. Number 1: Belgian malinois are bred and trained there entire life if they are a police dog, humans are not trained to know how to fight off police dogs. Humans have no means of defense against an 80 pound Belgian malinois when grown men on average only way 100 pounds more than them (180 ibs). If you’re implying that because a Belgian malinois can take down a full grown man which is what it’s literally bred to do and has the tools to do so means that one Omni raptor should be able to take down large prey solo then u are severely mistaken. Humans are not fit to be able to defend themselves from an incredibly athletic breed of dog. All of Omni’s prey is, for example a steel has a huge thagamizer on the end of its tail, Diablo has horns, tenonto to has its tail etc. these animals all have suitable defenses for taking on and defending themselves from Omni raptors. Not to mention the size difference between the average Belgian malinois (80 pounds) and grown man (180 pounds) is only a 100 pound difference. The difference between one Omni raptors and a stego or Diablo is well over 2 tons which is an INCREDIBLE difference. A Belgian malinois could not take down a 2 ton grown man with horns and spikes. A more fair comparison would be asking urself if one Belgian malinois can take down a full grown zebra as that would make much more sense in relation to one Omni taking down a tenonto. The answer is no. One police dog COULD NOT take down a zebra, simply because zebras are way larger and capable of killing them with a single kick. Just like how tenonto are way larger than omnis. A human could not kill a Belgian malinois with one single kick because it HAS NO DEFENSE! Hope this helps!
