- Chef Dom shows you how to make Cauliflower & Spaghetti! This his twist on a popular Italian Cauliflower and pasta dish. Very easy to prepare and made with only a few fresh ingredients, such as extra virgin olive oil, chicken broth, onion, garlic and of course, cauliflower. This heart healthy cauliflower recipe is a real crowd pleaser, and the kids will love it.
If you would like to go totally vegetarian, you can substitute the chicken Stock with vegetable stock. This cauliflower and pasta recipe takes less than an hour to prepare.

I'm looking at this now and I decided instead of making something with potatoes on the side I'm going to make this awesome spagett dish. I don't make mashed potatoes anymore I steam cauliflower smash it with roasted garlic and seasonings in my processor and it is awesome. Love you guys❤

I can eat broccoli every meal but I’ve never tried cauliflower. You can’t go wrong with garlic and onions. This dish looked amazing. I’m going to try cauliflower now. Your mom is sharp.

Oh yum, I truly cannot wait to make this one, absolutely love pasta and cauliflower. Saw on tick tock put a very wet washcloth on the corner of your cutting board like in a ball while you're cutting onions 🧅 and that will draw the juice or the fumes instead of going in your eyes, I think it works 🤷☺️❤️❤️❤️
