Boys, I am SHOCKED! “Cooking wine”? You’re better than that! First time I’ve been underwhelmed. My Mom would have hit me with her crutch, not for the seeds but, the cooking wine! She would have made me go on all fours to get the seeds!
I appreciate your videos. It helps me to make something worth eating. My store bought tomato sauce tastes abit sharp like alot of acid though, next day in refrig the eggplant parm tastes better, no acid flavor in the sauce. Comments?

The wine I drink costs about a good bottle for £5.99 (70cl) for the equivalent as $8.15 a bottle ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Perfect!!!! I'm on benefits but I still have good wine just good enough most peeps 😁👍 xx

Ok to use olive oil and butter? Why not use same pan and deglaze it with wine? More likely to thicken with scraped up flour?

It best to use both so the butter doesn’t burn. Or use clarified butter as it has a high smoke point, unlike regular butter.
