Feal Suspension!! I have their 441+ set up with Swift Springs on my 350z and they’re absolutely incredible. I originally wanted to purchase my coil-overs from Fitment but I had to buy directly from Feal here locally in SoCal.
You know what? The editor needs a damn raise. This individual is responsible for following Alex's train of thought and editing the video accordingly with relevant inserts. Whatever y'all pay him/her, pay them more.
@L W yeah they definitely will make a profit. I guarantee you that a coil over do not cost $250 to make. So instead of charging $1000 for a full set of coil overs they can lower the price and make a little bit less money per purchase, but there would be more purchases which in turn would make more money or close to the same amount. It is about margins and the best price to put on something to make the most money.
A little advice. IF you're buying up a size from your stock wheels some cars don't settle correctly with aftermarket wheels and tires. I suggest heavily considering suspension upgrade whether it be springs, coils, or bags to get the look your were searching for. I personally didn't do that after purchasing my 19s and noticed my car sat really high with them on and the fender tire gap was about 4 inches wide. So long story short if you're looking for aftermarket wheels make sure you consider what a suspension upgrade will do for you.

I'm sure the price increases in literally everything have absolutely diddly none to do with the printing of enough dollars to coat a whole continent lol
I chose to support my local tuning shop. They had Tein flex-z coilovers, spc camber kit, and genuine TE37SL on the specs i wanted. No shipping, no wait, just have to pay the local tax. I got really lucky that they got all of these in stock, but as inventory is slim I had to buy all of these at the same time and definitely did damage on the wallet, but not regretting it.
I bought airlift performance suspension at the beginning of 2020. I got the management system almost immediately but the components for the struts were on backorder. Took almost 3 months to get the rest of my order. Luckily I pulled the trigger before the price increase.
It's not just suspension parts. many aftermarket parts are in short supply. Checked with a supplier I liked for an exhaust and they're completely sold out of all exhaust components.
Recently got Tein Flex Z on my Legacy Wagon and never looked back. Was crippled using lowering springs before on oem shocks Car feels 100kg lighter... best mod
This is great advice! I'm in the process of install FSB on my Mazda. Realized the bushings on the Fr. lower control arms are bad. So now, while I wait for me Rear Sway Bar to come in, I can install the FLCA. RIP my shoulders. Sure as hell wish I had a lift.
The problem is it's not affordable, everything that is budget friendly is "trash" but then it jump to twice the price ! Car building is a hobby but hey I have bills to pay and mouths to feed. The average coilover is fucking 1200$ would you believe it's more than my mortgage payment for a month? Will I go for the eBay special with all the same components as the 1200$ one, unfortunately for you yes. I will. I never understood why some coilover set comes without top? I can even get springs for WAY cheaper, I just need something spring rate and low. The average car person will not remove their coil and adjust the thread. On the spring maybe but not the shock part.... And too y'all say you are the spot for tires ! Absolutely I love your variety but the suspension aspects is like BC, tein and acuair. 1000$ and up. What about the little guy ? Why is nothing affordable why the mark up always need to be that high? Thank you
It's a pain in the ass to do it yourself but to have somebody professionally do it for you is expensive and if you have a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo it's hard to find parts I've never had something like this that's so difficult to do anything on

There’s a refrigerator shortage because there’s a massive shortage in silicon that’s used for the electronics of the actual refrigerator. (That’s another reason why pc parts are in short supply as well)

The way alex steadily upselling me to buy higher tier and more upgrades reminds me of going to a chinese whole sale computer electronic shop tryna buy a thumb drive, cause the last one I dropped it on the floor for more than 5 seconds, and the employee/owner hustled me to build a data center.
There’s a refrigerator shortage Bc they don’t have the computer chips. There’s actually a computer chip shortage so not only appliances are being affected, but anything that uses them as well, including cars and trucks
I mean my stock suspension is a good combination of all the things I want out of a daily. I know some coilovers are easily adjustable, but my suspension is already stiff enough. And designed to handle well. Unless I wanted to go air, or go with a super agressive race set up. I don't know why I would change it. The good stuff is not all that inexpensive for most people, and most people go for more power first anyway.
Hopefully I'll find some bc coilovers soon looking to drop my g35 1/2 in and replace the stock parts. supposed to be in stock in the next few months from what a few sites say.
