Whew. This was quite a stretch for the inner thighs and I got a little bit of a sweat going too! A wonderful practice all around!
Cancer ♋️ signs come THRUUUUUUUU. This was beautiful. So many moments I was like: 🤔 I don’t feel I’m doin this right but let me gone head and breathe through it. This all allowed me to sync body with breath. Thank you for the space. Grateful to be here

Okay so I'm not even gonna lie, about 23 min in and I was ready to give up...😅 but I challenged myself and I'm glad that I completed it, because my hips/thigh/legs are stretched good, and I feel relaxed yet energized! Thanks again Nico. Namaste 🙏
