All it should really take to tell your family they can't stay at your house is "Unfortunately, I am not able to host you at this time/from X date to X date." If they can't respect that, that's on them.

10:24 lmaaooooo me and my friend did our own little thanksgiving thing and we got kfc as our meal. It was just us two and neither of us really got a nice kitchen situation so ordering food was the move.
Yep. We strayed away from tradition this year as we were visiting my dad at his beach house so we all stayed in a hotel on thanksgiving. He wanted to skip making the meal and just go bowling and have pizza and our nice family dinner was going to be next day at the country club he belongs to. My 19 year old daughter assumed they’d be serving the traditional thanksgiving meal. Boy was she disappointed when she wasn’t able to get her turkey with cranberry, stuffing and gravy. Had to settle for steak. I have noticed how many people are saying they don’t care for turkey though. Seems like some families are changing the meat but still sticking with the traditional thanksgiving sides.
IVE NOTICED HOW, CHARLES IS 1000000% wholesome and then link brings a sort of edginess to this show. i get a bit ticked when that happens because the wholesomeness of charles caught my attention to this podcast but hey, i suppose i cant complain too much because it is a good contrast and shows how "innocent" charles is hahaa
