    fyi, if you changed your network adapter this might not work until you reinstall the one that came with laptop

    Never buy ASUS Laptops in your life their services are shit. I bought an Asus Vivobook last year in September, 2023 and till now the 16th of April 2024, I sent it 2 times to the service centre for the repairs for the same issue. Today, again i am facing the same issue again and unfortunately, I have my 2 exams tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. Worst company with the worst products, I never recommended this to anyone. I don't know what they did in their service centre if the customer is facing the same issue again. When, I asked them for a replacement they directly said BIG NO. Thx Asus for running my studies.

    Very useful ! And i found that after i connect my old ssd to my laptop through a nvme-usb hub and conduct cloud recovery,i can successfully install asus winRE in the new SSD,but i have to do that twice to completely recovery in the new SSD.Can i get a quicker way to recover the OS after changing my SSD? My laptop contains only one m.2 port so I have to do that😂

    My vivobook 14 is stuck on a boot loop after trying to factory reset my laptop. I had clicked restart from local instead of the other option and I believe that was my problem. It goes through the loading scream but then when it switches out to that into installing windows (I believe it’s trying to reinstall everything) it restarts immediately

      I am having the same issue and already sent my laptop 2 times to the service centre and when I commented here they sent an email to me but still there is no solution for that.

    I have ROG Zephyrus G14. When I enter advanced mode, the cloud recovery button is not visible. I can only see the ErP dropdown menu and the options below it.

      ola conseguiu mano ? estou atrás para ativar o Vanguard e não estou achando, a única BIOS q aparece é essa myAsus in uefi, e lá a opção secure boot está bloqueada, não sei como desativar.

      Have you make sure that all the driver is at the latest version?
      When did the issue occur?
      Have you make any change or update/ install anything then the issue happen?

      They are not going to do anything my man. They are taking the money from the customers and leaving them a bullshit company. I have my laptop in warranty and i am going to file a complaint against them in consumer court now. The same issue is happening with my 3rd time and i have my exams in the next 2 days.

    Hi, I have an Asus vivobook (X1502ZA) I need to play Valorant and to play I need to disable secure boot, but there are only videos using the Asus gaming bios, I can't access this bios, I only have access to myAsus in uefi, I found the secure boot option but it is blocked and I don't know how to unlock it with myAsus in uefi options

      The Cloud Recovery program starts, please keep the network connected and do not remove the power, this process will take about 1~3 hours, depending on your network quality and computer configuration.
      During this time, it is normal that the computer may restart several times or have a black screen. Please do not operate the computer, be patient.

    I've ASUS VivoBook X1605ZA i5 12th gen laptop with windows 11 Home. After downloading cloud recovery files my computer shows a black screen. I've had it for like 4 hours but that black screen won't go away. Do you have any solutions? Do i need to disable device encryption before this process?

      Please press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds until your laptop turns off. Then wait for a few seconds and turn it back on.

      Cloud Recovery will restore the storage device where the OS is stored to its original state, which means that all data on the storage device will be erased, regardless of whether you partition the storage device or not.

      It crashes to a black screen that says:

      2 - Yes, power light is on.
      3 - Yes, it's connected to the charger.
      4 - Yes, It has finished downloading.
      5 - No, it hasn't restored to factory reset.
