    Worked! Nice! My power adaptor was goes wrong, and I used another one, since then my laptop can't go into the window page, everytime I turn on the laptop, it stays at Asus logo page, so I followed this video , it worked.

    My Asus Rog Strix Scar 17" had the same problem. The system always stopped at the Asus logo and would not continue to boot - I tried all the tutorials and nothing helped. The Asus service center (it was still under warranty) replaced the motherboard and it's ok now. The cost of the repair would be half the price of the laptop. ..

    Why is this so common and what is asus doing about it ? Replacing the motherboard is not cheap and asus sits around and does nothing to help their customers when obviously they used faulty parts.

    So i wonder a bios update on a gl502vs from a working 3.02 to 3.06 throigh windows 10 update (optional) how can screw up my system so much it gets stuck at the rog logo screen forever with ANY drives attached. Without drives it makes it to the bios, i can try and downgrade the bios to the older version but keeps tellong me that i either don't have enoigh memory available for that or the size of the bios file is not correct. What can i do? It's completely bricked now?

      Except updating drivers, what else did you do to try to troubleshoot?
      Also, it is not suggest that you downgrade your BIOS version.

      I have a gl702vm and was doing some basic file cleanup and updates (through the windows update feature) and ran into the same crap. Apparently one of the updates was the ez flash and immediately after completing it now will only quickly boot to the "republic of gamers" splash screen. I can't get it to respond to any F keys to force it into bios utility so I can run a bios update from a flash drive. Unbelievable that an update offered through windows has screwed things up so badly that I can't even get into any utilities to undo it.

    Bonjour j'ai un pc ASUS A6J qui fonctionnait très bien mais depuis 1 semaine il me démarre plus le logo ASUS freeze au boot et le music de démarrage ce lance toute les 10 secondes. J'ai essayé de de : retirer les ram et les tester sur un autre pc elles sont ok, de retirer le hdd pour essayer mais rien n'y fait impossible meme d'aller dans le bios, j'ai essayé de changer la pathe thermique et de changer la pile cmos en demontant tout le pc mais après l'avoir remonter meme problème. Avez-vous une autre idée de la provenance de la panne ?

    Hi, my asus laptop X541NA does not powering on. When plugged the charger in, the power led lit then suddenly the power led takes off and the battery led orange lit and pressed power button but not powering on. When disconnecting the charger the orange battery still lit but still not powering on. This was the result after I attempted to downgrade bios version. Please needing help here. Thanks

    I Have A Rog Strix G15 G513QM , I was playing a game and suddenly the display went black but the laptop remained on and from then the display is black but the laptop is working fine , I connected an external monitor via HDMI and laptop is working fine I even played some games to see if it works on external monitor and it did worked fine , fans are working everything is normal except the laptops own display,
    Laptop has Rog logo on the back , what happened previously that if you turn on the laptop that Rog logo lits up but now logo is not liting up ,would I need to bois reset or its a display problem
    Ps :- display never got any damage etc

    Hi I have an ASUS TUF FX504 laptop, Windows 11. yesterday I got a BSOD(blue screen of dead, Stop code: UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION), and when it restarted the asus logo was frozen, with no loading icon(the spinning circles don’t show up). Just stuck on that logo. The only thing I can do is enter BIOS. I can’t enter recovery mode as windows just doesn’t boot. Settings are already default. Let me know what I can do ASAP

    I have a ASUS Zenbook Flip UX360UAK that is stuck on the ASUS logo and will not go into BIOS.
    How can I recover the BIOS?
    note: when turned on it will freeze at logo. When turned on and I press the F2 key it will pass the logo to a blank screen but does not go into BIOS.

    There is no option to turn off FTPM in the BIOS, which will cause all ROG full series notebook users to have abnormal stuttering, this is not the result we want to see and hope to be solved, I also believe that ROG and its ASUS can have a better solution Thank you.

      It's not the (F6) key it's the (6) key.
      And also the key (7) makes me problems.
      I tried several times with the (FN) key and the (Num lk) key but nothing to do.
      Unfortunately Asus hasn't released a new version of the Bios 😢

      I also have this issue and completely reinstalling the operating system did not fix. I called asus support and they try think motherboard. Can asus do better than to charge me 1000 to replace ? I might as well buy another laptop and never again asus.

    Please assist me , my laptop is stuck with preparing automatic repair and the second screen says your device ran into a problem and we will restart for you. It have been doing this for 2 days after I left it on for 39 minutes. Key board keys are not functioning except the power button

    My keyboard is blinking white and the power button also blinks while using it. Why? How to resolve it? The RGB doesnt works, once the laptop goes into sleep mode, laptop works well while using but, at the same time the keyboard blinks white colour as if the laptop still in sleep mode.

    i just bought asus tuf a15 ryzen 7 4800H but after 3 days one day my screen eventually turned off and the power button light was glowing but nothing was working so i restarted my device and it worked fine. few days ago the asus logo was stucked while booting and it shows that your ram has into some problem but then its automatically boots up but this has happened for 3-4 times pls.. help me....@Asus Support

      i do facing auto enter bios mode and unable to solve sometimes. the way i deal with it is long press power button and press power button again to turn on again. i do not know CMOS reset never try it.

    Solution which worked for me
    -Reset your pc
    -With the option delete everything
    -And reinstall windows from cloud
    By the way this was suggested from asus customer support

    My ASUS ZenBook 13 Boots up then says watch dog driver. I can't load into safe mode. Tried literally everything just does the exact same thing

      @@asus_support I can't try that because I can't even log in on the PC because it just loops on booting up and says something went wrong and does the same thing over and over
