      theFitty I practice daily some weeks and other weeks 6 days. sometimes it’s 30 mins sometimes it’s 2-3 hour which consist of a 60 minute practice then some focus on a pose, stretch or simply working on something specific.

    I just want to say how grateful I am for you, Cassey. You do thorough, wonderful workouts and even targeted calendars, and all for free! I'm not saying you don't deserve to be paid for what you do. You absolutely do. You're incredible. But so many instructors charge so much and I, for one, cannot afford their fees. You're just a gift.     I want to say thank you. To Cassey, her hard work and amazing instruction. Today marks 90 days since I started her videos and clean eating. Ive lost 50 lbs and have been taken off of blood pressure edication!! Im so proud and love ALL you do💜

      I do them in sets because no. Plus I want to get the most out these exercises. If I did them straight my form would suffer. And a lot of them would be trash and do nothing for my butt.

      I did 50 then swapped legs swapped and did another 50 and so on. So I did 200 bust just in 50s!

    i was looking through and doing so many random workouts until I found your channel and i love what you do. I love your energy. i love that you talk to us and motivate us when we feel like giving up. just great. this may be the exercises I'll do for the rest of my life. 😊💙

    This one was really hurting my back, so I supplemented with bridges and squats. Don’t forget to meet yourself where you are each day 💖 These challenges are fun, but they aren’t worth damaging your body over if some of the moves aren’t working for you.

    So the butterfly bridges were MUCH easier for me than day twos workout and I’ve got serious workout aftermath pains in da booty. SO I think for me personally having break days between each workout is best for me for now as I get stronger✌🏼

      Lauren Ramirez the 100 ab challenge was easy for me, I ended up doing 200 reps every day! But this is much harder on my sciatica 😅😭😂

      I did the full 100 for each side but had to alternate between each side - doing 25 each time. It was rough.
