This one was really hurting my back, so I supplemented with bridges and squats. Don’t forget to meet yourself where you are each day 💖 These challenges are fun, but they aren’t worth damaging your body over if some of the moves aren’t working for you.

So the butterfly bridges were MUCH easier for me than day twos workout and I’ve got serious workout aftermath pains in da booty. SO I think for me personally having break days between each workout is best for me for now as I get stronger✌🏼

Lauren Ramirez the 100 ab challenge was easy for me, I ended up doing 200 reps every day! But this is much harder on my sciatica 😅😭😂
I did the full 100 for each side but had to alternate between each side - doing 25 each time. It was rough.
I did 50 on each side with kicks and 50 without and each 25 I changed legs 😛✌️
