What a difference!! It's a stretch we've all done since high school phys-ed and I always wondered what the point of it was until your tip!

I've been too busy to do this challenge every day, so it's been more of a every-other-day thing, but I'm feeling it. I'm REALLY feeling it. Seriously, I couldn't sit without groaning after day 2, and I must say this one's not any easier. I did it on my bed and the softness of the mattress made this even harder than it was supposed to be. 😅 Love your videos btw!
