Hello there in Belgium! That sounds like a great plan! Let's hope the restrictions are lifted by the end of this year... You will love Scandinavia! Greetings from a Swedish island called Gotland to you! 🤗
It really is. Actually the whole Scandinavia is beautiful! We are hoping to make more videos about other countries in Scandinavia in the future. Thank you watching the video!🤗
Hi dear guys! ...Full set of the crew... Good reasons to want to visit Sweden. Your mushrooms were attractive) as well as the autumn views. The Nothern lights worth watching 100%, that might be the goal of a trip and that's my dream.
Yes, we have a couple more videos with Balthazar planned in the future, but very soon we will run out of that material and have to continue filming without him. The Northern lights is a good goal and dream. Then, if you decided to visit Scandinavia again, you could go in late August-September, while it’s still warm but the nights are clear and dark, so you can see the lights. Plus you get to pick mushrooms too.😁
Hi. Sweden is fabulous. I need to come back to Sweden . I once drove a “Rock & Roll “ sleeper coach from Hamburg to Oslo, and I remember the fantastic scenery up to the Norwegian bridge where you are thousands of feet ( meters ) in the air looking at all to see Wonderful !!!😊😊😊😊😊
@@Beelzebus Would be nice! My plan is to drive from germany through Denmark, Sweden and a bit of Finland to the north cape in norway and go back south along the norwegian coast, incl. Lofoten islands. Back to Denmark and Germany maybe on the road through southern Sweden again or by ferry to Hirtshals/DK. Look out for a tiny, blue Seat Marbella... 😅🤘
Haha yeah, that might be a bit difficult and probably expensive. If you ever decide to do something like that, then you should definitely stay here for a while, so you have time to travel all over Europe.
There are also quite many rv rental services here, but they can be pretty expensive. It will be probably cheaper shipping the van and staying over a longer period of time.🧐
I am happy to hear you like traveling in Scandinavia!😀 Have you been to Norway and Finland too? Norway is so beautiful and we are really looking forward to visiting Finland in the future, as soon as this Corona situation is under control.
Sounds like a good plan! It is still pretty warm during early autumn and you might get to see the northern lights too! 😉 If we are done with all our projects and can finally leave Gotland, maybe we'll be able to meet up with you guys.
Thank you very much! Yes! That sounds like a great plan!😀 We are also looking forward to this covid situation to finally being resolved and restrictions being lifted.🚌
Great detail and very interesting - thanks for sharing that. Just one question please - I don’t think you mentioned about places to empty the chemical toilet. As there is a lot of wild camping I guess that would be something worth hearing about please? Peter 👍
Glad you liked it Peter! Yes, absolutely great question! they usually have those emptying spots at campings and sometimes gas stations and also sometimes the outskirts of towns.
If someone is brave enough to break in, Balthazar would make a quick job of them for sure :) Also such a beautiful fotografi and camerawork! Happy for you Björne :)
Wonderful society full of social freedoms, which we do not have in the UK well done for making your life a adventure. As the bumper sticker says keep on rolling love from Wales
Yes! Keep on rolling!😁👍🚌 Thank you! What, in your opinion, are the biggest differences between Sweden and the UK regarding traveling? We hope to visit the UK one day in the future, Björn’s uncle lives in England, so we even have relatives there and friends in Scotland that we would like to visit one day. But we know nothing about the laws and traveling within the country.
That is a great plan! Sweden has so much to offer, I am sure you will enjoy your trip!🤗 Hopefully the situation with traveling with resolve itself by this summer.🤞
Thanks!! Hahaha maybe you can take a ferry??? 😁😁 It's the same for us. We hope to visit Canada and Alaska one day.. So, I guess, maybe we can meet up somewhere halfway?😁
Start by getting a vehicle that you feel could be your first van/adventure car and start traveling and get a feel for it. 🤗 Remember that your first vehicle doesn´t have to be perfect so if you don´t want to spend a lot of time on perfecting it don´t because as you travel in it you will learn what you want/need and it´s hard to get everything right the first time so don´t get hung up on building the perfect van at once. Instead focus on getting a good vehicle and do a through maintenance so you can trust it and maybe make sure you have a good insurance so you don´t have to worry about a breakdown and can enjoy the journey instead of worrying. Plan a short first trip as a test and just go exploring! Hope this helped that´s what we did when we started traveling 🤗👍 Hope to see you one the road one day! drive safe!
We spent a week in southern Sweden three years ago & loved it so much we were going to come back for a month+ last summer but guess what happened next! bl**dy Covid. Maybe this year but no solid plans as yet. 👍 Oh & crossing those bridges was both scary & amazing as we had gale force winds both ways!

Hi guys. This is a great video and your country is incredibly beautiful! I wanted to ask. If I traveled to Sweden for work and received a resident and working permit, would I be able to ride around and park my motorhome as a non-citizen? I would not want to break any Swedish laws. Also, if I was to get an apartment, where would I park the motorhome? Are there laws against having a motorhome near your dwelling due to the roads being smaller than the roads here in American? I'd appreciate any help you two could provide. Thank you for your time and great videos.
Hi Noah! Yes it´s allowed for anyone in Sweden to do so.👍 as long as you adhere to the allemansrätten which usually means that you should move the vehicle every 24 hours if not allowed to stay longer. About parking, most of the places you´re allowed to park a motorhome it doesn´t matter if it´s close to your apartment. The roads might be smaller but they are more than enough for most vehicles even motorhomes.👍🤗 I hope this help you somewhat or is there anything else you wonder about? 🤗
@@Beelzebus Hej. (I'm trying to practice the Swedish language). Thank you so much for taking time out of your day to answer my questions.
