It would be helpful to make it clearer on the website which printing options are available for which items. It's not super easy, right now, to search only for hats/caps that have embroidery available, or for items with all over print available etc. These videos are useful, though, and I'm learning a lot from them.

Hi there ! When searching for a particular product, the 'Print Type' feature down the left side of the page lets you choose what print method you're looking for and offers up products that can be printed on with that method. But if you're looking for a specific type or way of filtering products, be sure to recommend that to our Merchant Support team so that when we roll out new updates to the site we can keep those in mind! Really appreciate your feedback about the videos =)

can you tell which method makes the print look a bit like a rubber sticker put on the t-shirt, like it's not incorporated into the fabric but sits on it? I would like to omit this method as I don't like it, but I don't know how to do this on Printify. What's the rule here? I ordered 2 t-shirts from the same print provider - one came with the "incorporated to fabric" print and the other had this kind of rubber sticker printed on it.

Hi there! We're not but we think you may be referring to Direct to Garment printing. This is when the printer prints the image directly onto the fabric. Sublimation printing is where the image is printed onto transfer paper and then transferred to the fabric. The ink is heated until it blends right into the fibers of the fabric.

Which type of printing is used for the T-shirt you're wearing in the video for example? :)

How do you get it to show your image without the square showing on the printed shirt

Hi there, Are you referring to the "box stain" that may occur on DTG garments? If so, this may be caused by too much pretreatment, heat, or pressure during the printing process.

Hey! This depends on the product and different items use different printing methods. For a standard t-shirt, for example, DTF may have a more textured feel, but tends to be more durable than DTG. You can read more in-depth about each method in these articles. :)
