Tissot's PRX Quartz was a hit when the watch debuted earlier this year, but enthusiasts quickly called for an automatic version. Only a few short months later, Tissot has answered back with a new PRX powered by the Powermatic 80 caliber and equipped with an eye-catching waffle-textured dial. In this video, I'll do a complete review of the new Powermatic PRX while also comparing it to the also excellent quartz version to see which watch might be right fit for you.

An automatic swiss made integrated bracelet steel sports watch, with that dial, and from a brand with a lot of heritage, for 650$, I mean... It sells itself.
I went for the new Ballade design which went under the radar for most people, but the PRX auto is ofc a good one too.
You consider the integrated bracelet to be a pro, not a con? Why?
@@derekwalter4238 because royal oak
@@derekwalter4238 Because it's a matter of taste of course, some people like it, some people don't. Personally I think it looks pretty sleek.
@@derekwalter4238 did you notice there’s two little set screws on the end links to allow for installation of upcoming rubber and leather strap options?
Hmmm
I grabbed the blue mechanical the first day that it was available, and it has seen a large amount of wrist time ever since. It punches FAR above its price tag, and tracks close (but not quite) to COSC accuracy. It's a fantastic value proposition.
could you elaborate why it punch far above price tag?
@@basedpatriotLT the finishing on the case and bracelet is excellent and the overall execution is very impressive and well-made, with touches of polished surfaces throughout adding visual details. Other value-proposition watches in this price range rarely come close. The movement is 80 hours, anti-magnetic and shock resistant, which is really unheard of at this price, or even double our triple the price. It's really an exceptional offering. If this watch was $1300 I'd still argue that this was best in class, but it's half that amount.
@@bipennate 80 hours power reserve is excellent at that price point. A lot of rivals only have 40 hours.
How is the finish holding up? Is it thin enough to use as a dress watch?
@@RUclipsuser1aa It's held up fantastically. The finishing is still excellent, and the polished areas are very well placed and don't end up being scratched much if at all (certainly not on the bracelet). It's definitely thin enough to slide under a cuff, although it's a bit too sporty to do that with proper formal wear, imo, and although it's fairly thin, it still sits a bit higher on the wrist because of the way that the bracelet interacts with the case (my only real complaint of the watch). But it's definitely still one of my favorites in my collection and regularly receives compliments from others.
The display case back is surprisingly handsome. Well done, Tissot.
sheeter. buy seiko
@@BobbyDazzler888 Lol, you got that backwards, fool. Seiko makes the shitter watches. Enjoy your 10 cent movement in a 1k watch that used to be $300 watch three years ago.
@@ams914 you take this shit too seriously
Tissot, probably more than any other Swiss watch maker, has served as the gateway for neophytes with modest incomes to get into to the world of Swiss watch collecting. So many other Swiss watch makers make the barrier to entry so expensive, that for nascent watch enthusiasts with not much discretionary income, it becomes discouraging. That is why I love it when RUclips channels do videos on Tissot. They deserve the exposure. Thank you Teddy for being one of the more vocal proponents of Tissot watches.
For me Tissot was. I still got my Seastar660. I think I paid 225 dollars and thought it as like all the money in the world. Looking back I remember, the lady gave tried to sell me a Rolex Submariner and I think it was about 4-5K back in 2004 LOL.
💯💯💯💯
Oh yes modest households.but still my bet.would be on a Wenger. Completely built in Swiss and 150 price point.tissot though is more rich and middle to high income type
Hello, I purchased the blue automatic watch. When I was sixteen my dad gave me a seiko with a waffle dial in blue, it was the beginning of my love affair with watches. I am 58 and still adding more watches to the collection. Teddy, I love your videos and reviews.
What a stunning watch! I think I've finally found my first Tissot. 🤩 Great video!
Eiiii it's Frankie
How was it? Happy for ya!
2nd for me. I inherited my first one after I bought it for my grandfather and he preferred my G-Shock so he took it off my wrist
@@elcid8943 love this watch! Don’t use as much as I’d like, but it’s still terrific!
@@FrankieTech thanks for the response!
Finally… so nice automatics… We need a waffle green one too ! And two tone options on all colours
Bought the silver dial quartz version at the Tissot flagship store in NYC. It’s a beautiful watch, reminds me of the Oysterquartz. After many mechanical watches, this Tissot became my first quartz purchase.
Oysterquartz, that's the one. I knew the white dial reminded me of something, but I couldn't put my finger on it
I came back to this video to say thank you, Teddy! I ordered a silver dial PRX earlier this week from your website and it just arrived today. I am thrilled with this purchase. It’s the first over $500 watch I’ve bought for myself. I spent hours on your channel researching options in that price range and landed on this one and could not be happier. Thank you!
From one Clevelander to another, keep warm, stay safe, and continue cranking out excellent content.
same here brother
Just bought this watch as my first investment into an automatic. Initial impressions are that it is gorgeous. bracelet looks incredible, love the dial design, seems well made, retro yet modern in ways. Excited that it should pair well with just about everything but a suit.
This watch is beautiful! I actually bought it as a gift and then ended up keeping it for myself. The integrated bracelet fits like a glove once sized properly. I got a killer deal on it as well; Bloomingdales had a 25% off sale during the holidays and I had bought my wife a nice coat the day before which gave us $200 worth of Bloomingdales loyalty points through the app so it ended up coming out to $370.
You kept it for yourself? HAHAHA!! That was a good one. I just ordered the blue dial one a couple of days ago. It should be here next week. Only heard good things.
Literally did the same deal myself and got for the same price point last weekend at Bloomingdale’s, as well. I’m in love with it! My first mechanical watch ❤
Just bought it a week ago (blue dial) beautiful watch!! The photos and video don’t make it justice, in person it looks incredible. I’ve worn it a couple of days to shopping malls and I noticed some people staring really hard at my wrist maybe thinking it is a Royal Oak 😅
I love the look of the design of the modern retro 80's PRX, either quartz battery or mechanical. If I had to choose one it would be the blue dial but by only a small margin, the mechanical waffle version over the quartz flat version. This is definitely a great watch for daily office wear and out and about. The beauty of the mechanical is that just wind it, set it and wear it, no battery worries here but you will have to set it more often than the quartz one.
I bought this watch last Saturday and needless to say it did not disappoint. I wears way more expensive than it's is and will definitely be a staple in my collection, love it .
Yay, you the man for this review.
Yesterday I broke down and ordered blue PRX with the leather strap instead of the bracelet. I wanted to go back and watch Teddy's review from when this was released. I'm glad he addressed the strap situation, as that had been a concern of mine. However, I found a company in Europe (they also do business via Etsy) that is making an adapter for the PRX so that a standard watch strap or NATO strap can be used with it. Etsy had quite a few photos of it used on several watches, and I must say it finished so well that you'd be excused for thinking it came from Tissot. It's fairly small, but looks like a thin link where it joins the case, just enough to allow for standard pins. Now, for a small watch part, a pair of them come in at little over $100 USD, but they are custom built and finished for the PRX. Still, it's worth it to allow for a more flexible choice of straps (which are still in 2022 few and far between, usually bespoke items beyond the replacement straps offered by Tissot). The company is called aqNaut, and they also make adapters for integrated watches such as Oris.
Great looking design, really nice details in the case and bracelet construction, and even a display caseback and a surprisingly good looking movement for $650. Wow. This looks like a winner for Tissot.
Much appreciated detail: The two wrist shots of different wrist sizes. Quite helpful.
Called Tissot AD in my town yesterday to call me when quartz version arrives. I must say after few years of mechanical watches I am going back to quartz. In my job accuracy is important so I got tired to use mobile phone or laptop to see exact time when I am working. End Of Life function on quartz Is also great feature.
Best thing I like about the PRX is the shape and length of its hands. I love long reaching watch hands much as I hate the stupidly short hands found in most Casios.
Teddy, you really look delighted reviewing this new release! Your enthusiasm for watches is a real happiness for your viewers. 👏👏
The dial on the automatic is one of my favorites on any watch and really makes it stand out that plus automatic easily justifies the price increase
I absolutely love this watch, to be honest I don't really care about the automatic movement but I do love the waffle pattern dial. If they made the waffle pattern in a quartz that would be my ideal combination and price point. However, since the waffle pattern is only available in the automatic that's the one I'm going to be getting.
Yeah for me the waffle alone makes it worth it, the standard dial just looks boring and its a huge difference
I am in my 40s and IMHO the silver dial looks very suitable at my age..Thanks Teddy
just got my prx powermatic 80 and am loving it and it fit so well right outta the box
Thanks Teddy for making this video so well-explained and making me fall in love with the new PRX Powermatic 80 version. The waffle dial and automatic movement makes me wanna buy it more!
Your review of the orient Kamasu is what started my watch collection. Greetings from Australia 👍
Gorgeous watch ⌚!! Love this type of bracelet make it unique and Brand like Tissot and for the money 💰 is a Great 😃👍 buy no matter who is powermatic or quartz.
After watching numbers of reviews…
I finally ordered mine today. I think I have made a right decision so eagerly waiting now.
This is my first Swiss watch and I think my entry to this world will be greater experience with Tissot .
Cheers everyone who already own this classic watch and cheers to all who have already ordered and waiting for their like me .
❤❤i wore my prx in public yesterday-the coolest thing about this watch( attracted lots of attention )is that it has its own unique beauty !...doesnt look like a homage or a fake watch-i predict that these low prices of the prx line will skyrocket into the wonderful of vanity-and i am a proud owner of the quartz no worries excellance-a watch u can quickly grab and go out without the hassle of setting the time or adjusting-this watch will transform the efficiency of wearing an attractive lightweight thin timepiece !!
Love Tissot. I have the Powermatic Silicium. They offer a beautiful watch for a very good price.
This has to be the best entry level Swiss watch. I truly believe that this will become a cult classic. And I can't believe I am saying this, but I think I would almost go for a quartz version of it. As a matter of fact I just might... :)
I actually got the blue powermatic, but would have bought the quartz if it didn't have a second hand. As a mechanical watch snob, I don't like ticking seconds. Lol
@@CaptainXanax the waffle dial looks SO much better then the flat sunburst version.
@@auxmike718 I hope so, it'll be here tomorrow, getting pretty excited!
I am of the same mind, re. opting for the Quartz one, just for the Seventies aesthetic and more pure looking, if that makes sense. D
Bought a green 40mm automatic as a 50th birthday gift. Got it for 488 in the UK using the blue light discount card.
Love how you show the watch on a 6.25" wrist.
As a guy with larger wrists I appreciate when the lug to lug spacing is bigger, whereas most 40mm models I try tend to look too small.
I'm wearing a Tissot Bridgeport Automatic obviously and i really believe as i'm analyzing the quality of their pieces that they offer luxury for the price... Seriously mind blowing i give them 9/10. Stunning quality.
Finally got it today. This is the first watch I purchase brand new in a jewelry shop and I’m loving it.
What size?
@@imeaniguess1876 Sold it, one year after my purchase. Still into watches, but my tastes have changed a lot.
Nice comparison on quartz vs mechanical. while the quartz makes logical sense over the powermatic, I’d have to go with the latter. The waffle pattern really made the watch for me. The other a bit too plain, but at $375 what a cool design and execution. I’m waiting for my FC Highlife red bar edition though I haven’t seen it in person. Any comments?
Just got this watch! And for the money your getting every thing that other brands charge triple for , amazing watch, quality looks, solid brand, all for a price that is more affordable for the every day person 👍🔥🔥🔥
Bought the blue dial one just before Xmas. Went back on Boxing Day and bought the black dial. Absolutely love them will leave them to my kids in my will and it will save any argument between them And besides at my age I’m going to more funerals and it will give me something to wear in colour coodinated
Seems like a great price for this watch! For anyone thinking "it's just 40mm", keep in mind that integrated watches tend to wear bigger due to bigger lug sizes. For example, I have a 32mm watch with integrated lugs and the lug width starts off at 21mm.
What watch?
@@Lucas-ru6mm Omega Seamaster Plongeur de Luxe from the early 80s. They made them in a few sizes and the 32mm was the middle one.
Personally I don't find it wears big at all. I'd even go as far as to suggest it feels a bit smaller than 40mm
@@ThePlaiibox Yeah, I think the lug-to-lug being so short probably helps out a lot
I have a 6.25" wrist. Will this watch look good? Think he shows how it looks on a 6.25" wrist.
Quartz may be the way to go. My two Hamilton watches with the H10 specifically say not to wear while playing tennis or golf. While the Tissot and Certina manuals for the same basic movements do not use these terms only that major shocks should be avoided. So I use them while I watch you tube videos and that is about it.
Thank you for covering the silver dial! Every video ive seen has only covered the blue and black.
I want the silver, it really pops!
Great move from Tissot.
I own an omega seamaster ST 366.0847, I would say it’s the biggest inspiration tissot had in designing this watch.
Can’t decide between the blue or the black tbh…so beautiful
Please...PLEASE Tissot, make a 36mm automatic version of this watch!!!
@@wave1016 just think it would make so much sense for a whatch of this type and style. A 36mm and maybe a two tone, gold plated version 😂
YES!!!!
@@m.e.p.r most Tissot male watches case size will start from 40
Amen. Or 38mm
But this wears so small for its size with lug to lug of 44mm
Hi Teddy, I’ve been looking into the PRX80 for a while now, and today I purchased one. Very happy would be an understatement. I’ve got (what I feel) is a great collection of time pieces but this one I’ve been most excited about and at a fraction of what the others have cost me. It speaks for itself - in house movement, 80 hours reserve, wears like a 42mm, looks the part and above all feels great on my wrist.
Thanks for the great videos and content, keep up the great and informative work! Jared
How’s the accuracy?
After seeing this video a a couple of weeks ago I Just picked one up today at a local Tissot dealer, absolutely love it everything you said it was and more. Thanks for the informative vids, keep up the good work Teddy.
I have the black dial version. It’s pretty amazing. And this powermatic movement is pretty awesome. Feels great on a 7.25 wrist.
how is it after a year?
@@kyuj2884 I love it. Not sick of it at all. Wearing it right now. It’s my every day watch. Keeps great time. Have picked up Tissot’s black leather band for it too for when I feel I need to change it up a bit.
@@gzygouris appreciate it man!
What size did you get and what’s your wrist size in cm?
I've hesitated a long time but I've decided on the quartz. For me it'll be more of a weekend watch and I know if I need to wind it up more often than not I just won't wear it... not to mention I feel this a a much closer homage to the Oysterquartz than it is to the Royal Oak.
The oysterquartz was a homage to the Royal Oak itself. Tissot had it's own version in the 70's which this design is almost identical to. I prefer Tissot version to Rolex.
After watching several videos and pictures of this on different sized wrists, I believe wrist flatness has a lot to do with how this will fit. I saw a video of this on a 6.5” flat wrist and it looked awesome, and then a picture of it on a more round 7” wrist and it looked awful. I even saw a picture of it on a flat 6.25” wrist and it looked great.
I have a 6.75” wrist more on the flater side of things, so I’m going to role the dice and buy this. I’ve been looking at watches with Genta-esque bracelets for a couple of years now, starting with the Laureato and Zenith Defy Classic. I’m so glad Tissot produced this watch so now I can do a test drive with this style bracelet without spending thousands.
Thanks for the insightful, friendly, and professional review!
I am considering getting it myself and i also have a 6.75-7" wrist! Did you get it, and are you satisfied with the size?
@@Yonisipisi hey there, I decided not to purchase it and wait and see if they come out with a 39 or 38mm
I really like this watch. It is a great every day watch that is equally at home with casual, business casual or dressy attire. And for the right price, I might buy either the quartz or the auto.
I bought the Powermatic rubber bank and love it. Good everyday beater that still signals sensibility. My other watches are at a higher price point where scratches, an impromptu dip in the ocean, showering, working out etc would muck them up. I feel like I can wear this watch anywhere in my regular routine and switch out to my dress watch or conversation starters or my watches that signal status when required. Fun, low maintenance, respectable watch. One of my favorites...would recommend to friend or stranger. I've thought about buying the steel band just for variety but not a huge fan of steel bands.
I've waited for something like this for what feels like years. An automatic steel sports watch around £500 with an integrated bracelet from a decent brand with heritage and quality that you can trust. Finally my dreams are answered.....but it's too bloody big!!!! This should have been 38mm and it would have been perfect imo. It looks huge on wrist :(
Maybe the fact that the first link is fixed will make it sit large on some wrists but I thought it the perfect size. There's a lot of oversize watches out there today and this looks very reasonable in comparison.
If you haven't tried one on the wrist you should. They look really slick.
I bought one, my wrist is 16.5cm and I dont think it looks big at all. I am very self conscious with big watches however this feels just right.
@@aykutsozen5764 same here, my wrist is slim and it fits so great
Time to hit the gym then!
I think the integrated bracelet should make it wear like a smaller watch. It usually isnt the diameter but rather the l-l that makes it look big on small wrists.
Came back just to comment that i'm wearing the PRX Automatic 80 today and it gets loooads of wrist time even i also own an Datejust, OP, Zenith El Primero and a Baume&Mercier Riviera. It's just a georgeous looking watch which is amazingly comfortable to wear !!!!!! It would be even more perfect without a Date complication, who need this anyway :)
Yes, finally! I’ve been waiting for this video. Great review, thanks again Teddy.
I love both versions but for me, the quartz is more aligned to the late 70's and early 80s aesthetic making the watch feel horologically period correct.
Auto is great too but just seems a bit more out on its own.
I've tried on the black quartz version and if I wasn't waiting on the blue auto I'd have bought it on the spot. It's really nice and the subtle vertical brushing on the dial looks classy. I saw the blue quartz version today and maybe the lighting wasn't great but it just wasn't as good as the black one.
As someone pointed out on a watch forum the prx looks a lot like the rolex oyster quartz. Which itself is probably just a Genta homage as well.
Beautiful watch. Looks like I'll be buying my second Powermatic 80 soon. Thanks for the review.
I just ordered this watch from your website. this is my first legit watch. hopefully this is the start of a new addiction!!
This is an old video, but I finally saw the automatic in the metal. It's really attractive, and the integrated bracelet works extremely well.
The shape of the case and bracelet, it’s like it was poured onto your wrist. What a beautiful piece! I have a Seiko 5 (SNK665Mmmmm) with the exact same style case and it’s so comfortable I forget it’s on!
It's the nicest watch i've ever owned. I love how it fits.
I pre ordered blue 80 and was worried about the size.
I have 6.75 inch wrists and it fits perfectly, lug to lug is great.
That's an impressive watch, punching way above its weight class
Thank you so much for the review. I got the quartz one and now want to change it/upgrade to try powermatic 80. Love ur reviews !!
Just received the blue dial and I must say this is very impressive.
I own a 15500st black dial and a 5968A and love the GG design language.
I chose this over a overseas and a defy just to see what this is all about plus I really do prefer the look of this watch over the above.
I’m super happy.
the dial colour is very nice the finishing and build is amazing for this price point.
Just shows how much extra we pay for marketing and heritage.
Puts the larger brands to shame really.
Bought this blue variant as my first ever automatic watch this week.. Awesome watch.. Love it so much..
Can’t wait for mine in september. I ordered the one with the blue dial. It just looks so fine for the price…
Got the PRX quarts because I wanted a watch that is robust. But I ended up loving it's look so much, the retro 70/80's style fits the quarts movement so well!
I even made me want more, Maurice Lacroix Aikon is next on my list due to this watch.
Correction: The “laser regulated at the factory” only applies to the Swissmatic C15.111 and not to the Powermatic C07/C80 - those are regulated by two eccentric weights on the balance arms and those are adjustable (if you have the tool). The C15 cannot be regulated, only demagnetized in case it’s suddenly running too fast.
Jack from Hodinkee also mentioned that the Powermatic 80 is “ Laser Regulated " , in his review of this watch. Another RUclipsr also said same. Care to share some reference to what you are saying?? Else I'll be sticking to their word over yours.
@@MrShinobi797 I second @Andy C comment. The watch can indeed be regulated with the two excentric screws on the balance wheel. That does not mean that in the production process Tissot does not use some laser technology to regulate the watch (it may be as stupid as using a laser to check that the two opposing weights are in balance), but it is a hoax that the watch could not be regulated by a normally skilled watchmaker who knows what he is doing.
@@peterdegelaen Nah ...I'm not disputing the ability to “ Regulate " the movement. A skilled watchmaker can get it done. But I believe the movement IS Laser Regulated at the factory...at least to some degree ( Hence the “ High Tech " designation on the Rotor ).
I have an early Powermatic 80 that I dropped on concrete and it started losing time with something inside clicking when I shook the watch. I had the watch serviced by a local watchmaker who is ETA certified. He fixed and regulated the watch and now works like new. So yes, you are correct it can be serviced.
Hi Andy, thanks for the comment. Just wanted to clarify here, you are correct in that the c15.11 is laser regulated and given that is the swatch sistem 51 movement, it is not serviceable. That said, this one is also laser regulated and is absent the traditional regulator. You are also correct that this can be serviced unlike the c15.111. As another source I have included two other places that speak to the reason for laser regulation: monochrome-watches.com/swatch-groups-powermatic-movement-a-powerful-entry-level-engine/
Love how you showcase timepieces, Teddy. I am a big fan of what you do, as you have really helped pique my interest in horology. I wanted to suggest for future reviews showing larger wrist sizes. It seems like 6" -6.5" wrists are most often showcased, but if you offer more variety and some examples in the 7.25" - 7.5" wrist size, it would be helpful to us who have slightly larger wrists. I will need to find one in person or examples of a larger wrist before pulling the trigger, but if all works well, I will add this to the collection.
The shape of the case and integrated bracelet reminds me of an Omega my parents gave me for my 21st birthday several decades ago. Sadly the watch was stolen. Although not exactly the same, I am considering this watch as a reminder of my original. Will have to see one in person to make a decision.
I just had a look at the Automatic one here in Australia going for just over $1000 and it looking absolutely stunning as I'm very tempted.
This is probably too late, but I live in New Zealand and suggest you buy a new one off ebay. They cost about $1,400 here, but brand new on ebay they are hundreds of dollars cheaper, around $800 NZD.
Your reviews are awesome! You don't miss out on any points, always thinking of the consumer. Thank you.
I own the blue one since Wednesday and it’s a fantastic piece. Can recommend it 100%.
Basically an affordable VC 222 and I'm all here for it! This piece is exquisite!

Thanks a ton for the video buddy 👍
Just picked up my automatic version with blue dial.
This is a hell of a watch. I was wearing my Gen 2 VC chrono in blue. No contest of course but the Tissot can be replaced for the price of a VC oil change service 😃
If you looking for a real beater steel sports watch this is the one. The biggest challenge for me was decision between white vs blue dial
I just bought this one. It’s really big but really nice.
It’s fun to have something people can actually buy. Fun watch.
This is definitely going to be my first swiss every day watch at the price point I feel it will make for a great everyday watch with a unique design again at the price point.
Great buy and great review
Have the older Tissot luxury powermatic 80. Solid.
I must be the only one who prefers the quartz over the automatic. To me the dial in the quartz looks better and also since it is my only watch, I do not have to adjust the time every other day.
It has an 80 hour power reserve tho.
@@HowToFight1 Doesn't matter how much power reserve it has if the time still needs to be adjusted once in a while.
@@HowToFight1 yes that 80hr power reserve is no joke. But I like the convenience the quartz offers at the $375 price point and also I prefer the dial on the quartz more. A great score for the price. The one I got doesn’t miss the seconds markers and they gave me 2 travel bags as well. Overall very happy with the purchase.
The quartz movement is also far more appropriate for a 1970s inspired design like this anyways.
@@stuartcole4845 excellent point
I just bought the blue prx. I originally thought I wanted the quartz version because I liked the looks of the dial better in videos. Once I tried them all on the waffle style jumped out at me. I highly recommend trying them all on in person.
Finally! I’ve been waiting for this watch from you Teddy ! Great video as usual.
I'd be tempted if it were a 38mm.
Thanks for sharing, larry
Thanks for replying, jonis

They made it a 35mm, just recently
Great watch but not for 6.5" wrist or below. For those, you might want to check Casio MTP 1240d as alternative while waiting for Tissot to come out with 38mm. Good for daily. It is really that value that you can buy all the color options available. Talk about daily use. Go get it. The blue dial ia superb. Day date!
I first bought the quarz version and was so happy with it that I also bought the automatic ;) I love this watch and how it feels on my wrist. Thanks for your review!!! Greets from Germany.
i just bought the automatic for my first automatic watch, really happy
I will be getting the green dial version. What a wonderful value proposition Tissot - well done! Thx Teddy - keep 'em coming....
Love the waffle dial - i might have to pick this one up. Great style, great value.
Thabk you for showing me all my choices in such clear and helpful fashion. Tissot have alot in my sweet spot. I am more attracted to Gentleman powermatic 80 (T127 407)
I just got myself a Tissot T-Class dream for a great deal and i must say; the braclet is great. Im sort of picky when it comes to braclets and from what i can surmise Tissot does braclets well.
This will be a story watch for me. I've never been good at school, and it's only over the summer that I've become a watch collector, so if I get at least all B grades, I will get myself one of these.
Your shirt matches the dial! Nicely done Teddy :)
I love me a Tissot Teddy!😍 I’ve got 6 & have been waiting for the PRX80. I don’t favour quartz over mechanical or vice versa, but that second hand sweep on the auto…🤤
Great video Teddy! When you first started doing a videos I didn't know what to think of you but now I think you have ripened into an absolute beast and have jumped into my top three watch guys... well, top 2 GUYS... since I put Jenni in my top three now! Keep up the great work!
You can microadjust PRX bracelet with removal of different sized links near the clasp. They have those smaller links symmetrically on both sizes. So you may remove one regular link or the smaller one. Or big and small instead of two big ones
That blue dial is calling my name for sure.
I bought it , and I love it...Wish they had a green variant.
great review as always. I prefer the quartz version after looking at both, being that the quartz is a reference to the 70s and I wouldn't spent the amount of money required for a Rolex Oysterquartz, so the PRX is a better buy for me! Cheers
Oh ya, and the Quartz dial of the PRX does look better imo, especially the deeper blue tone of the quartz as compared to the automatic one.
I have the 35mm green dial quartz, and it is quite nice. A little smaller and sleeker than my automatic watches, and it looks great. Wouldn't mind getting the PRX chrono in the future when the price comes down.
