People worry far too much about watch sizes. The thing with the PRX is that fixed first link. The 35mm has a Lug to Lug of less than 40mm but closer to 45mm with the first link. A classic Casio A158 has a diameter of 33mm and looks great on anyone. Wear what suits your wrist and you like wearing, not what people tell you you should wear.

Or in my case, a 34 or 35mm case size is perfect for a 7" wrist, so thank you Tissot. This looks like a great watch. Really like my other Tissots.
I’ve had my Quartz 35 for a while now and it is so nice having a decent looking “going out” watch that fits my smaller wrist perfectly. It’s smaller, so it’s not quite as flashy, and it’s nice being able to pick it up whenever I don’t want to wear my Seiko-my “around the house” watch, or my LeLocle-my work watch. The CW Twelve is definitely better finished and more refined, but you are paying for it. Whether or not the extra attention to detail is worth the extra scratch, is something only the buyer can decide. I have a question about the lenght of the bracelet. I’ve measured my wrist to be 21cm. How long is the braceleet on a 40mm PRX P80 out of the box? Will the extra links included be enough to fit my wrist? Thanks in advance.
This watch should be offered in 32mm for women and 38mm for men. The 35mm is in no man's land for this style of watch and the 40mm is simply too big for most people.
Making one, simple change and offering entire range of quartz PRX with waffle dials would generate millions additional revenue fot Tissot. I would buy 3x 35mm waffle quartz PRX in diff colour versions myself, but hate automatics. Current quartz PRX dials are blunt . Tissot is not the only manufacturer with marketing division full of morons.
Just purchased the blue dial from your site! I started watching your videos back in 2019 and you’re a big part of why I am passionate about this hobby. Feels good to get a watch and support a creator at the same time!
Question on the Powermatic 80 movement: when I see pictures of the movement online the rotor alway has engravings that look like sun rays with Tissot 1853. Mine just says Tissot 1853. No sun rays. I have a black pvd Seastar 100. Why does it look different than online?
SHARP son bitc@.....I was going to wait till this size came out but the 40mm is sharp son bitc# in itself and can attest when I am wearing.......a really great buy.
Why would I want a mechanical that isn't available in COSC accuracy? A quartz is more desirable and a MOP dial with the 18k gold bezel would be great in quartz!!🤷😤
Well all that is great but what about the plastic escapement? Why didn't you mention that and the fact that this movement is not serviceable. If it breaks it's a throw away.
How is it that the word Tissot and all the lettering on the dial looks so clear in photos, like there is a clear contrast, but on the prx powermatic I have their isn't such a sharp contrast. Did I get a fake, was I ripped off? I got it from Assaleh Jewellers, anyone know if they are legit?
please talk to the CEO of tissot and ask him to release a bronze PRX powermatic 80 with a dark blue dial. The gold is just too yellow for my liking. Need a darker bronze with a dark dial.
I have tried, but I definitely do not like this watch. Tried the 40 mm on my wrist and felt too big. Now the 35 mm feels too small. And I do not like the way the case and bracelet look on me at all.
Hello watch community, I'm relatively new to watch collecting so my knowledge is quite limited. But I wanted to ask if there are any alternatives that looks like the PRX in terms of design. I live in east asia so the watch brands that are more accessible to me are Casio and Seiko. I really love the design of the PRX but unfortunately its beyond my price range and also relatively difficult to get here :') Thanks in advance!
I know it's "in" these days but I can't wrap my head around the integrated bracelets. I see and understand the "vintage" appeal but I figure this is just not for me. Thanks for sharing.

Meanwhile. I bought a vintage RADO VOYAGER. ETA 2836-2. 4HZ FOR $100. 😂
This watch should be offered in 32mm for women and 38mm for men. The 35mm is in no man's land for this style of watch and the 40mm is simply too big for most people.
agreed!
I never like automatic watches with a beatrate of 21,600. For me it just looks like nervous ticking
I would buy at least two different colours if this would have the 2824 COSC from the Tissot 1938 model.
Just purchased the blue dial from your site! I started watching your videos back in 2019 and you’re a big part of why I am passionate about this hobby. Feels good to get a watch and support a creator at the same time!
Nice watch ridiculous movement. Plastic non serviceable parts so only an idiot would consider buying one. Better with the quartz.
The only real disappointment is the lume. Why can chinese micro brands include so much stronger lume in 200 dollar watches?
How is it that the word Tissot and all the lettering on the dial looks so clear in photos, like there is a clear contrast, but on the prx powermatic I have their isn't such a sharp contrast. Did I get a fake, was I ripped off? I got it from Assaleh Jewellers, anyone know if they are legit?
Im not sure to buy this or the quartz one. 😂
35 is too small, 40 too large. The Goldilocks PRX would be 38mm. I'd buy one of those.
For you, perhaps. I'm very happy with my 35mm.
@@finesse49 I probably would be too, but 38mm is generally the right size watch for me.
Tissot hitting it out of the park. My original PRX auto is my daily wearer. Such a great watch.
please talk to the CEO of tissot and ask him to release a bronze PRX powermatic 80 with a dark blue dial. The gold is just too yellow for my liking. Need a darker bronze with a dark dial.
Why couldn't they produce size-appropriate hands for the smaller version? They are too thick.
I like your videos, but for someone who is 6’6” and 300 pounds these watches look like there for a kid to me …
I'm going out of my comfort zone to say the white mother of pearl dial is absolutely my favorite.
I have tried, but I definitely do not like this watch. Tried the 40 mm on my wrist and felt too big. Now the 35 mm feels too small. And I do not like the way the case and bracelet look on me at all.
I miss my oyster quartz and the 40 was just too big. This one would probably be a great alternative
Hello watch community, I'm relatively new to watch collecting so my knowledge is quite limited.
But I wanted to ask if there are any alternatives that looks like the PRX in terms of design. I live in east asia so the watch brands that are more accessible to me are Casio and Seiko. I really love the design of the PRX but unfortunately its beyond my price range and also relatively difficult to get here :')
Thanks in advance!
I like many of the Tissot offerings but not the prx. Too boxy looking for my taste and the wafle texture cheapens the look.
I wish companies did 38 or 39mm cases more often, instead of 36/40mm
I would never buy a automatic movement that has plastic parts that have a high fail rate. So many better options than this model at its price point.
I know it's "in" these days but I can't wrap my head around the integrated bracelets.
I see and understand the "vintage" appeal but I figure this is just not for me.
Thanks for sharing.
Teddy, I can’t even describe how grateful I am you put these videos on here… You definitely take the buyers risk out and make us feel more confident with your very informative videos.
