Glad to hear you are on the path to recovery, and amazing that you have 3 wiper motors :-). You'll definitely get one fully workable out of that group.

I believe those 9 bolts are for the front body or nose piece that bolts to the bar that goes in front of the engine compartment and connects the fenders on both sides. I know that because I’m looking for those in my TR3 rebuild!! LOL!

I just finished painting the body about two weeks ago. Over the last year I was able to get the entire chassis done along with the engine transmission rear end front suspension and brakes. I’m sending the head to the machine shop in a couple of weeks. Then I’ll mount the exhaust and hopefully put the body back on in the fall. I’ve been at it for a year and a half and might have about a year left to go. It’s been an amazing journey!

Great to see you back, hope your recovery continues to improve. If you have a wiper motor cover you are not planning to use that has a date stamp before October '59 I would be interested to buy it. My car was built in October 59 and like you I have a working wiper motor I have rebuilt but it has the wrong date stamp. Not a big deal but it sits right on top in plain view so I would like to have this correct if I can. Frank

      Where is the Stamp?

@@pucman1 Hi JP, there is a metal cover that holds the park mechanism ( round disk with red wire) down and covers the stroke action of the wiper cable. On that metal cover along the edge there will be a line of stamped information, 12 V, serial #, DR2 or DR3, date code ( month year), another # not sure what it is for. Frank
