I am vegan, but still love the insights you give on your foodchoices and the overall view you have on life. I dont subscribe to many people, but you are one of them. Keep the content up. Really looking forward to it🫶🏻
I’m so happy you’re here :) I was vegan in the past and still hold so much love for the lifestyle and values, it really did give me such a strong foundation for moving through dietary choices in an intentional manner ❤️❤️ excited to share more with you!
Same I'm plant based (doesn't eat animals, but doesn't hold to diet titles) and I really find her to be inspirational and helpful with her insight in food and diet culture. It's refreshing and beautiful what this young woman does, and I love to see how she makes food wholesome and well-rounded for her lifestyle.
Loved the video! Would be great to see one for all phases at some point. I love dandelion root too, I drink it most mornings as a 'coffee'. I've also noticed you have very long hair, I do too but I can never think of interesting styles like you have. Would love to see some hairstyle ideas!
I’ll definitely do one on all phases, I’ve been playing around with hairstyle ideas too so that would be a fun video :) maybe a holistic hair care routine too?
This was so incredibly educational and helpful for me, I am also in my luteal phase and it's been kinda rough but I haven't been able to figure out why it's been rough, so thank you for the applicable information it's exactly what I needed 🙏🏽❤️❤️
Amazing, so grateful for these extra insights 🤍 Really looking forward to a video on what you eat during your period. I've always struggled with that, as I deal with an upset stomach and low appetite; as I'm learning to regulate my cycles.
i'm excited to keep filming these for you! one tip i have right away is to sip on ginger tea or take a ginger tincture before meals to help with appetite and upset stomachs, it helps build up your digestive fire
Thank you! I have always loved learning, my parents call me a sponge haha ❤️ I also love sharing what I learn so I’m glad you found me and we can connect on here!
Emma I just found your page and love it! Where can we buy A2 protein yogurt, can you give a brand name? Also what state are you in? You are glowing with health!
Hi! Welcome ❤️❤️ you can actually get it at Costco! The brand they carry is Bellwether Farms. I also love Alexandre Farms 🌱 I live in California but it’s super duper close to Oregon 💌
Do you have a favorite brand of olive oil? I've read so many places that most are mixed with other types of (bad) oils, and that I think there's a Calif. brand that is pure? Not sure
i got my master's degree in clinical nutrition, there are online programs! I would really recommend doing your undergrad in nutrition then moving onto it more in depth for a masters
