Hello, I'm very surprise that you sterilized the media 1 hour. Do you overcooked the salts and phytohomones with that time?
The size of the pressure cooker, 39 l takes one hour just to warm up and 45 minutes to sterilize.
Sir does aquatic plants requires the both process of multiplication and rooting or the just grow roots in the multiplication stage?
