1% sugar doesn’t make sense as the liquid is being measured in volume and not weight. Perhaps PCT could post a grams of sugar per liter of solution update and clear up the confusion

I wish you had tested the gelled media for this video. It is possible. Once it cools to room temperature it can drop below a 5 pH. It is what I have been struggling with for some time in tissue culture, so I was happy to discover this video. However, for people using a gel media, this continues to be an issue. Who will hire me in Midwest US? I have zero degrees to my name but years of experience doing tissue culture! Anything from exotic mike is amazing. I am in love with this video already. And blood oranges! I just need a bigger lab to work in and maybe some funding. (I recently got a few pairs of the German tissue pliers= tiny fingers) I really like them. I can't stop editing. I do tissue culture in a tattoo shop... It's very adaptive. No flow hood just an autoclave and good cross contamination prevention. I rarely have a bad batch anymore.
