In this video I am reviewing the xTool F1Portable Laser Machine.
From an old woman's point of view, I explain how I used the F1 to engrave glass and explain things I use and why.

those missing spots are the glass cracking away.try Lowering the power. have the M! which is a 10 watt engraver and i use no more than 70 on power. i have a video on this. i will also be doing one for my F1 and glass soon

Congratulations 🎉 only thing I engraved on m1 was a glass placemat I used the slide on paper that came with it not been brave enough to set the rotary tool up x

Wow! This is an awesome tool. Not something I could justify buying but it is pretty cool. Would it be helpful to change the paint and water ratios so it is thicker? Thank you for sharing this! 💐😊
Possibly 🤔 but too thick and it could be uneven 🤷♀️😀👍
Thank you! My paint is taking a while to dry :/ If all it's doing is making the glass opaque, do we need to wait for the paint to fully dry before engraving? Or we can do it while still pretty wet?
If the paint is thin enough it should dry really quickly, and to be honest by the time I’ve answered this and you have read it it will be dry 😂😂😂

Hey Wendy I was thinking it might be worth it to buy that Stuart Simple blackest black paint to use for this to see if it will give u clearer better results that your looking for but I'm not sure if it would wash off, I think it's acrylic paint but I'm not 100% sure. I would love to see u do a video trying you do such an amazing job explaining and showing things, I could watch your videos all day lol I'm actually binge rewatching allot of your videos all the way back to the beginning of your channel. Keep up the awesome work❤❤❤

Hi Wendy, I am using exactly your settings for vector engraving on glass but mine doesn't seem to be working. I can hardly see the results. And it seems I couldn't understand the problem. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
I did have black card inside the glass and the paint is solid black.
Hold the glass up to the light.
If you can see through it, it needs another coat.
