When I go after lynx I use aluminum foil. I will use the box like you are then wrap aluminum foil around ot for a good reflector. Not sure what the moom.cycle is there but helps in low light conditions with the moon light

I am by no means a good cat trapper but I do catch a few here and there. One thing I have found to be fairly consistent is trapping thick brush to field transitions, especially corners. Look for trails coming out of the brush. Good luck sir.
Mark a CD works well for a flag very reflective you should try a cubby set in a v shape with trap up close to the entrance of the cubby I’m no expert but have caught a couple like that good luck and keep trying you will get one !!

Is it legal for you to use cubbies ? We have a short season in pa for cats and a lot of guys pre bait cubbies and use trail cams to see where they get a cat into a set. Can also only tag one here.
